The rooms where comfortable and clean. It was easy

We had no WiFi , it took them 2 days, , to sort out the problem, only to discover the unit next door pulled out the plug.

We were there for just one night. And it was perfect for our family.

Everything! The location was awesome, right on the lake. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff was very good.

The location was good.

Not very clean as there were ants and cobwebs in all rooms. TV remote battery was flat and didn't work. When I booked the price was $399 but the Motel charged me $408.98.

Lakeside view, piece, room had everything needed.

Only issue was the dog next door that just continuously barked throughout the night.

Passable and clean but would not book again.

The room was clean and had all the major amenities available, with easy off road parking. It was a quiet neighbourhood which allowed an undisturbed nights sleep.

It was not as the photos advertising, much more unkempt than the photos led me to believe. The playground was covering in weeds, the pool area was dirty, as was the pool and the spa had no cover. The grounds and outside amenities had general disarray. As well as I picked several items of litter out of the gardens.

Last minute booking accepted, quiet location.

Lighting in the area poor and difficult to locate it in the dark . We were given the key and no directions given and again very dark and not easy finding our lodge. Quite a trip out of Rotarua. Shower not great and was a chilly lodge. Basic amenities and expensive compared to other places we stayed in with much nicer accomodation.

Carpets badly stained green mould on bathroom window rubbers and my lady and I got very sick Something was very wrong with that unit And when I informed those in charge he didn't want to know about it . We will not return

Way over priced for how dated & rundown the place was

Place was clean but very dated

The reception smelt really bad & the lady behind the counter not very welcoming, The place was so run down with weeds up to me knees in places & general up keep not done

Great stay with grandkids, would use again but hopefully there will be some improvements made regarding maintenance.

The property is in a lovely location by the lake etc. The units were very clean and staff very nice and helpful.

Although the property was dated that didn’t sorry us but the thing that stood out the most was the grounds needed attention. There were weeds everywhere and it made the place look run down. The pool area was nice but same problem, just needed a bit of TLC. A tidy up would make all the difference.

No TV as it was not working, heat pump needed cleaning, spas were dirty and not hot, pool was not clean, only had a washing machine, no dryers.

Well supplied & cozy room with nice kitchenette & shower & bath setup.

Fid not get a breakfast.

The bed was too soft, pillows were nice, kitchen set up was nice, although a wooden spoon & a scissors would have been helpful- didn’t need daily attention with garbage taken out or towel replacement as told initial reception staff & it was followed thru first day but not on 2nd. Also, planned to do our laundry there & 1 washer available was broken so needed to go off site- cost more$! Nice to have Netflix to enjoy shows- thank you! Would have been nice to have more front office staff available to assist more often.

it’s wonderful.

It was so clean and unit was very comfortable, private. Lovely to walk around the lake. The pool was clean. My boys spent lots of time in the water even the weather wasn’t good enough. I would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Jo. she’s definitely a gem of a person.

Grounds need to be tidyed up. Gardens need weeding. Playground needs a Good sort out. Old rusty tramp needs to be removed. Looks different to photos,I like it has been just let go.

Very run down and unkept.

Friendly staff

The place is very run down, the picture on the website does not represent the place. the gardens are vastly unkept, the children's park is totally delapaded, the pool is cold and a lot of dirt at the bottom. there are weeds everywhere, including in the guttering in the roof and across all areas of the place.
