Bad hotel not meet star rating

As per booking time u shiwee xoupin of rs 1000 on stay which hotel refuse to offer Ans eeoms AC not working properly After compalining they sis nor attend call

Bad infrastructure in rooms

Service was nice, and helpful

Very disappointed, I have never written a bad review in my life, but had to write one here. AC not working in room, telephone not working, couldn't get comfortable sleep Also disappointing as we went over budget to get a more comfortable stay I wouldn't recommend this hotel, would suggest going for cheaper options and saving money

Location, facilities

Service at restaurant was pathetic. Despite not being crowded, no body bothered to take my order and they forgot what I ordered. Had to remind them after a while.

Great stay!!

breakfast was wonderful. very quick and prompt service. The tea in kullhar was a good touch for tea lovers. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful (wears spectacles, sorry couldn't remember the name). He even escorted us all the way to the 7th floor through stairs as we avoid using lifts. soft touches in the room were great like hand sanitizer wipes, extra towels, wonderful bathroom amenities,

Morning bakeries can be improved at the breakfast buffet. The coffee at the lounge was bad. the milk had curdled when we made coffee for ourselves. had to catch a server who was passing by to check the milk and then it took almost 20-25 min to get a cappuccino. Tv was not working, may be data connection or the remote had some issue.

Bad Experience

Nothing just adjusted while our stay .

Overall the property did not reach the expectations of a Sheraton Group property nor of a Marriot Bonvoy Property . Hopeless experience all in all .

Jaipur my hometown

Manager was really courteous although desk staff could be better. Kitchen staff was amazing ..room services good n good toiletries were provided

They didn't provided the club room as per booking. We were couple and they provided twin bed room. Very limited choice for breakfast. No bathroom facilities for drivers. They also not added my stay point since booking made through booking. Com and not through their website
