I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The facilities in bathroom didn't work. The flush was broke
8.0 / 10.0
The ambience of the hotel was good. It felt like living in a heritage. The intricate designs on the wall and ceiling are eye catchy (but maybe overwhelming to some). The roof top cafe was beautiful with all the plants that were planted there. The location is top-notch for going around the heritage destinations in the old city. Also the proximity of local shopping and street food adds to the value.
The location of bar at the ground floor entrance made us think of our choice, as the environment doesn't look good (especially smell of cigarette smoke) when a family enters the lift well for their rooms.
Also floor wipers should be provided in toilets as the water doesn't pass to the drains and gets accumulated.

The location is very good, a short walk from the city Palace, the wind Palace, and some markets. The building was completely renovated (including the bathroom), and the paintings are indeed nice - the owner will not fail to make you notice the colorful ceilings.
The breakfast was OK, without being exceptional (omelette, parantha, pickles, toasts and tea) and delivered to the room. They have a rooftop, but we didn't check it out.
The shower had a lot of hot water but a limited flow.
The staff were trying to help, and gave us some advice on where to go and what to do, but didn't do much apart from listing repeatively the main touristic sights that everybody knows anyway.
With a couple of improvements in management and care to details, this place could easily be given a 8/10.
The staff doesn't seem to know how to run a hotel, and has obviously no experience at it. When we arrived, they took ages to do the check in, we had to ask for the second towel and also ask for the bed sheets that were missing. On the second day, they brought breakfast in the room but when we came back in the afternoon, everything was still as we left it. We asked them to service the room, and they simply removed the breakfast platter without doing the bed, attending to the bathroom or cleaning anything.
The description on booking is misleading on many points : the room was smaller, definitely not soundproof (you will hear the honks in the morning), the view from the windows was the worst (it overlooks a dump; definitely don't open them). Also, to get to the bathroom, you have to go outside of the room, and then 2m on the right is the bathroom (they should mention it on the description).
The mattresses were thin, and the bed covers were not adapted to the weather (clearly too warm).

The staff was very friendly and approachable. It was extremely cold and they arranged a heater for us on request. They catered to all our needs and tried their best to keep us comfortable.
Room given to us was close to the road. We couldn't sleep cause of the traffic noise and cause of the proximity towards the road. The rooms also need more lighting and a cupboard or a dressing table may be added as there is space in the room, but no stool or table to keep your luggage and there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom.
