地理位置不错,虽然不在商务区,但是交通方便,步行10分钟内就可以坐公交或火车。主要景点半小时步行也可达。
前台也很热情,有问必答。

good location
- 1.5% credit card fee - not mentioned at any stage! and you obviously can’t pay in cash (and bear in mind there’s a $200 deposit - you need to send a scan of your credit card later on)
- building and everything inside is old (but clean)
- room is small, bathroom super tiny and behind a thin sliding door. Really inconvenient for 2 people
- we couldn’t even close the bathroom door properly - 2 cm gap. Absolutely awkward.
- we saw 2 cockroaches
- it’s like a slightly better standard hostel

The place was very close to King Cross station, which had connection to Town Hall and Circular Quay, Airport by metro and buses.
Very good atmosphere around, lots of like-French restaurants, and lovely stores. Nice and safe environment, close to a very nice park and costal walk that ended in the Opera house. Very close to Woolies, Priceline, and also a Saturday market, among others (everything you could need was handy). Friendly and bilingual staff (Spanish/English).

The staff were super friendly, the girl on the reception (didn’t get her name) moved me rooms because she saw i was struggling with my bags and wouldn’t be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was very helpful
Lack of elevator

good location. clean
bit noisy at night due to restaurants across the street

Do not stay here.
Atrocious customer service.
Against policy, They charged me in advance, TWICE, and I am still battling to get a full refund.
No soundproofing - couldn't sleep.
Couldn't adjust the air conditioning.
Screens had fallen off the window into the alley below.
It is like a horrible boarding house setup and any money has been put into useless decoration of pictures on the walls

Location was amazing and the staff was so friendly! Room had nice amenities as well.
Maybe it was just my room, but the Wifi was very bad and it was noisy at night from the restaurants outside.

Everything I needed. Twinings tea. Woolworths Metro close by. 10 minute walk to Elizabeth Bay and Lookout Cafe.
Decor was a little tired. Paintwork chipped.

The quiet and neat environment. The amenities are all good. The reception lady is very nice and always kind to offering help.
Maybe the space is limited. The blinds are kind of old so it's hard to pull up and down. But it doesn't matter.

Very rude and disrespectful front desk receptionist

Very central and in a pleasant tree lined street with nice cafes and shops.
Not a fault really but windows looked onto another brick wall.

Good location and great value for money. The rooms are small and cramped, but if you require a place to sleep and don't mind a communal bathroom and shower, this is a good option.
It's been almost a month, and I still have not received the deposit money back on my bank card. I have been too busy to call them back about this, but it is very annoying, to say the least.

The service was incredible - my daughter was unwell and the front desk was so kind and helpful. Great location and reasonably priced.

location was ok for the property.
-smelt as soon as we walked in and continued to smell even after airing it out.
- sheets had stains on them or weren’t clean?
- shower door didn’t line up so wouldn’t close properly
- small bathroom
- small tv
- horrible value for money considering we paid $850 for 2 nights…..

Location, staff
Bed was horrible. Last time I slept on a spring mattress was a remote country motel… not a hotel in Sydney cbd. My back was wrecked. Aircon stopped working and they didn’t present them straight away

Good basic accommodation and nice clean sheets with easy access to all the places I wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower room/toilet was clean and nice and close to my room. That matters a lot to men of my age! Easy local access to supermarkets, cafes, laundry services, restaurants.
Had great difficulty getting the TV to work properly! But I didn't want to watch much TV anyway. I never thought to mention it to the staff and it may be that they could have fixed it. The wifi access was spotty, but to be fair, that may have been more a problem of my very old tablet that only seemed to work really well when I was close to a router when staying at a friends place some days later.

staff were super nice and helpful
it definitely could've been a bit cleaner - the carpet would have needed a better vacuum and there was a fair bit of dust

Kept luggage after check out until the afternoon. Printed boarding passes for us.
Room 25 toilet seat needs attention. TV reception only just.

It was okay but for the price could have been better. That said, great location.
I didn't know there was not a lift. Heaving a suitcase up two flights of stairs was not on for me. It would put me off staying there again.

the staff are amazingly friendly. the location is perfect for the city centre - 10 minute walk to the harbour.

Maria is a fantastic host (note how I said host as though this was an airbnb! Cos it sure felt like so more than a regular hotel). She and her team made sure that we were comfortable and well settled into the neighbourhood. The room had everything we need and is clean and comfortable. I personally love the type of windows we had :) The location is great too, easy to walk to various places on our list and accessible by bus and just a walk away to the train station too.
Nothing I can think of but if we really have to pick, having to carry our luggage up and down to our room on the highest floor (3rd floor). Not so much of an issue for us really since it was only on the first and last day that we had to do so, it was a good arm workout anyway!
