I liked the beds at the room and the pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good and I loved the food.
Maybe the walk to the room could have been and bit shorter.1

Very centrally located, next to monkey forest, so brilliant choice if you are looking to book a 5 star resort in the middle of all of Ubud’s action with very good price/quality. The rooms were very well appointed and clean, it outdated, very well maintained. I was with 2 teenage kids and we had our own two level villa with private swimming pool and private balconies overlooking the jungle, which was beautiful. Service is excellent, breakfast very good + also afternoon tea service offered. Any other service you wish for very well arranged.
Nothing - very good experience

Location is great. Staff are helpful.
Room is not well maintained. Strange smell in the toilet. Walls and windows are not sound proof.

Centrally located, very friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, free coffee/tea in the afternoon with some local pastries.
We’ve had two rooms and one of them had a strong moldy smell.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities
The refrigerator was outside in the balcony, the AC vent was straight on the face, which i was told was being corrected.

The location is ideal for exploring Ubud, and the resort has an extremely calm atmosphere.
Breakfast could cater to vegetarians a little more, however the hotel staff are very accommodating and they do cater to requests when asked.

Beautiful property with great character. Very friendly staff and lovely little add ons. Really efficient shuttle to take you to nearby sites, but also really central to local amenities. Although on a main road we felt like we were secluded and not noisy.

The staff were nice and friendly. They didn’t go above and beyond fixing issues like the other places I’ve been to. The location is it’s selling point. Right in the middle of Monkey Forest Road and not far from Ubud Palace. And the pool was lovely as was my bathroom.
It’s tired looking. They have all these awards on the front desk from TripAdvisor and Booking.com… from 2015 when I think the property would have been great. But the breakfast buffet was average. The mosquito net around the bed had stains on it but worse was when I dropped an earring and it fell between the two mattresses (two singles they pushed together to make a king). So I have to take the base sheet off … I was appalled at how disgusting the mattresses were. Old, yellow and deeply stained. It was off putting. And many items on the spa menu they didn’t do there. They did at their sister property 2.5km away. So instead I went to the salons on the street.

KajaNe Mua is a beautiful oasis of calm in the heart of Ubud. It’s a short walk to Ubud Markets, Bali Palace, many art galleries and boutiques and the Monkey Forest Conservation Park. KajaNe takes environmental sustainability seriously and treats its own sewage onsite. My villa had wonderful flow through breezes and I only needed air conditioning in the heat of midday. Having my own pool was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.
The 230m walk to reception and the restaurant was a bit much, but good for fitness.

The staff are exceptional, so kind and helpful :D

In the Ubud centre but at the same time quiet area, traffic noise was not disturbing at all.
Friendly staff, good breakfast with sweet/salty options available at the buffet. We tried a 1hour and half massage after breakfast and it was very good and relaxing.
The hotel is a sort of small village with many independent units/buildings in the property. The unit I rented had a semi-private pool shared only between 4 rooms. I mostly swam on my own, very private and relaxing.
No doubt, I would come back.
Nothing in particular. Maybe only some wooden windows and doors need some maintain like getting re-painted and not hermetic closing at the edges. We were keeping lights off when leaving the room to avoid mosquitos getting attracted by the light and get into the rooms trough the slits. Don't worry, in any case, the bed was equipped with mosquito tent

the beautiful staff who were very helpful and friendly
1. no one at check-in at 12noon when we arrived so our Grab driver had to help us with luggages

Staff was wonderful. When we arrived we received a lovely lemongrass cold drink. Room was as described and check in was quick. We overlooked the pool so didn’t experience any street noise. Room was a normal hotel room - good value for price but nothing super modern or outstanding. Nice balcony and large bathroom. Grounds were very pretty. Pool was nice but not extraordinary. Very good for a quick dip in the afternoon after walking around ubud. Had a nice puffy lounger u could float around in and nice lounge chairs all around. They also offered us a free open air trolley kind of ride to destinations more than half a mile from hotel. We didn’t use it because preferred to walk and see shops (and because traffic in ubud is like rush hour in Los Angeles or Boston so quicker to walk.) Breakfast was included and it was nice for being free. Could get a made to order egg dish, had pastries, breads, chia seed pudding, fresh fruit plates, salads, and some hot buffet items. Also infused water, juices, coffee and teas. You ate in an open air restaurant that faced the street so nice place to people watch. Location is excellent. We walked to ubud market, rice field walks, royal palace and the Monkey forest. Did all of it in one day, as we only were staying one night. Ubud was a lot different than expected. Incredibly crowded with people and shops and traffic. We checked out at noon but they held our luggage until 4:30 when we left. Overall, really pleasant and helpful staff and room was a good value for price. I would definitely recommend.
Nothing, place was great.

Great location and there is a beautiful garden with a river at the back of the property which provided some serenity in amongst the hustle of town.
the “king size bed” was just two singles pushes together without a mattress topper so there was a dip in the middle. fine for two travellers but awkward for a solo person who likes to sleep in the middle of the bed.

Great location where you can walk to everything. the rooms and facilities are also very nice. it’s shockingly quiet given the area of town. Delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of choices that changes some every day (and is very vegetarian friendly). we had to leave before breakfast for a tour one day, and they made us to go breakfast boxes. we enjoyed the afternoon tea most days, and they just brought it to our room whenever we wanted it. the staff were really helpful and always willing to help. my wallet broke while we were there and they helped me find strong tape to repair it for the rest of the trip. we used their shuttle one night to go out dinner at a restaurant that was a bit farther away (and it was raining), which was easy to use. highly recommend!

Good Location, Nice and big room
although I booked pool view, my view was obstructed by a large concrete roof, room 201, so this should be at a lower price in compartment the other rooms with full pol view

Great, clean room in perfect location. Really lovely pool area. Housekeeping was always prompt and to a high standard. Evening they also come round to put incense out for bugs. Breakfast was delicious with live cooking.
Would recommend going further afield for dinner/drinks. We had evening drinks once at the hotel and realised it was much cheaper down the road so didn’t bother again.
