Our stay at Drayton Court Hotel was perfect! Although it's not in the centre of London, the location of the hotel was great since it's right next to the station of the Elizabeth line, which means you're less than half an hour away from both the centre of London as well as the airport. The establishment is actually both a hotel as well as a pub/restaurant and event venue. The different parts of the establishment are neatly and safely separated. The vibe of the hotel is very nice - the breakfast room has a pub look and the rooms have a sort of victorian or edwardian aesthetic. The room where we were staying is spacious enough and clean. The ironing board in the closet was a very handy touch! Breakfast was superb since you can have cold or warm meals with plenty of variety and even tasty vegan options, the staff is also very considerate of allergies. The staff at the reception also deserve a praise for their kindness!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Surprisingly modern for an older hotel. Rooms have good lighting, usb connections, good wi-fi. Bed is comfortable, good linen and towels. Remodeled, clean bathroom. Room key/card controls electricity, doors, lift etc. Great breakfast included. Complimentary coffees, teas, cookies and even chocolate were a nice touch.
Older carpets could be replaced.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extra- attentive to our needs - even looking after our luggage whilst travelling abroad for a week! Brilliant- happy to go that extra mile. Would highly recommend this establishment!
Nothing really - close to transport and eateries and shops as well!

The interior is very unique and classic English which is lovely.
the proximity to Heathrow but at the same time to central London because of the Elizabeth Line is fab! Additionally breakfast was included and even delivered to the room at no extra charge. They are definitely walking the extra mile.
Shower could do with just a tiny but of TLC

The room was lovely and the staff were all very helpful. We were there for a function and it was fabulous.
Breakfast seemed a little disorganised. It was lovely though.

The breakfast was amazing, bar area great. Staff very friendly.
Shower was constantly going hot and cold. Told the staff who went to have a look at it and said it was now working but had same issue. Disappointing to have a cold shower in a nice hotel.

Staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Receptionists were very helpful and checked us in early. Food in the bar was great for both lunch and dinner.
Nothing, really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely use again if we were in London. Recommended.

Great hotel, fantastic food and helpful staff. The location was very good for our needs. It is very close to the train station.
A little noisy over night. We could hear guests outside our door and going up the flight of stairs close to our room.

everything about this property is amazing! staff are polite, friendly and nothings too much to ask. the rooms are well presented, clean and cosy. the restaurant/bar area is well laid out, the bar/wait staff are friendly and polite. the outside area/beer garden is very cosy, has lots of seats and there’s a chunky ginger cat that struts around:) very close to West Ealing station too
my only issue is the price of a pint but considering I’m from Devon I’m just not used to London prices!

+Great location, 2 minutes walk from the West Ealing tube station
+Free Parking - Although it does get full and thankfully there was space in the front of the hotel
+Comfy bed
+Security - it is a pub downstairs, so was expecting man of them to make it upstairs, thankfully access is restricted with key card
+Room additionals- free coffee pods and chocolates
-hotel setup: as opposed to the hotel pictures, it is nice version of a pub with rooms, so it being new years there were many drunk people.
-staff: the evening staff and the breakfast staff are a bit carefree with their service, the lady that did the checkout was quite nice.
-Room Service: is non existent, nobody picks up
-Bathroom: no hot water in the shower and stick on tiles were pealing of the floor.

The staff were so friendly, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. A little bit small, but that wasn't an issue for us. it had a great bathroom too.
The breakfast was great.
It was literally a couple of minutes from West Ealing tube station where you get the Elizabeth line. It's easy to get to all the attractions.
Great hotel, great location. We would definitely go back there.
The only thing I can say is that the paint on the bathroom ceiling could do with a lick of paint.

We have stayed here multiple times. The Drayton Court has great staff, relaxed, personable, willing to help and importantly able to express their own personalities in their jobs which makes a pleasant difference from the standardised corporate veneer of some of the chain hotels.

The hotel had loads of character. Room was really comfortable and staff were all lovely. Best hotel stay we have had in a while. Only downside, the tube station, which was 100yds for the hotel, was closed due to strike action. But the staff explained that they could arrange a taxi, or we could use the local bus service. we chose the bus so the member of staff directed us to the nearest bus stop where buses ran every 15 minutes!! and we had an enjoyable site seeing of the area en-route to Wembley.

Clean and stylish room, bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the selection of the a la carte breakfast. Location is alright, close to the Elizabeth line station and there is a decent selection of restaurants a walking distance away.
I still can't understand separate hot and cold taps in bathrooms.
