Nečekané zklamání ......😥😥😥

V pokoji bylo čisto,ručniky i šampon ,mýdlo ,toaletní papír vše bylo v pořádku ,televize hrála .,parkování dáváme 1* v podzemní garáží a parkování v ceně pobytu to bylo super !!!

V pokoji nebyla lednice ,nefungovala klimatizace,v oknech nebyli sita takže komáři všude ,snídaně která mela byt pro každého návštěvníka sice po doplacení castky na osobu 376,- kc coz nevadilo ale bohužel nebyla vůbec a restaurace zavřená i v době snídaně kdy měla být otevřena,personálu jsme se nedočkali ,recepce prázdná,po ubytování a zaplacení pobytu předem jsme uz nikoho do konce pobytu neviděli i předání ubytovaci karty na otevření výtahu ,pokoje atd nebylo bohužel komu odevzdat, takže vše zůstalo jen odloženo na recepci bez zivota ..🤔🤔

Polecam wszystkim, blisko centrum, czysto, cicho, miła obsługa,

Świetna lokalizacja-blisko centrum(3 przystanki autobusem), cicho, czysto, miła obsługa.

Brak lodówki, o czajnik musieliśmy poprosić- i dostaliśmy, szklanki też uzupełniono na prośbę

Bene cosi

Posizione periferica ma in 30 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, tecnologica con tutto tramite card, abbastanza parcheggio anche se la stradina è stretta per le manovre con mezzi lunghi. Supermercato vicino

La scritta Viktor dell'hotel poco visibile dalla strada arrivando. Acqua della doccia non sempre calda. Costo della colazione a parte esagerato per i nostri standard

Netečie teplá voda

Netiekla teplá voda!!! Keď si človek zaplatí DELUXE izbu v trojhviezdičkovom hoteli, očakáva istý komfort... Ubytovali sme sa okolo pol jedenástej večer, chceli sa po náročnom dni osprchovať teplou vodou, ale ono to nešlo. Volala som na recepciu, kde mi povedali, že to bude tým, že je plný hotel a nestíha kotol. Prosím? Pani z recepcie mi povedala, že zavolá pani majiteľke. Už sme ale nemohli vydržať od únavy, tak sme šli spať. A ono ráno teplá voda nešla znovu. To, že to mala byť izba s toaletnými potrebami zadarmo a v našej izbe nebola ani tá nádoba na sprchový gel, len jej držiak, o tom už ani nehovorím. Reakcia hotela na správu ráno bola v zmysle "situáciu s teplou vodou sme pol hodinu po nahlásení vyriešili, nie je to náš problém"... Keď si človek zaplatí za istý komfort, ktorý nedostane, má nárok na vrátenie peňazí... Požadujem refundáciu, pretože komfort, za ktorý sme zaplatili, sme nedostali.

Great value for money

Perfect place off the highway to have a restful sleep before jumping behind the wheel. Friendly staff and clean, big rooms. For only a surcharge of 9 euros we were allowed to bring our small dog as well.

Just the location and our room (no 13) was clean.

Miserable Miserable Miserable. I don't recommend booking this hotel at all. No air condition working. The receptionist was awful with no help with really bad attitudes. One of their cleaners asked to leave at 10 am early morning, and the cleaner opens the room without our permission really!!! I have never experienced like this in my whole life. Take my advice please don't book this hotel at all. They are many options and many hotels in the city way better. If you don’t have any hotels available and decide to stay with them, please check their AC for two minutes. I have seen many guests with us were complaining. Workers disrespect their guests clearly. I am so surprised how come they got 8.2 rating at booking.com.

If you're doing a trip with a car, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is definitely comfortable, having everything you need, if you're not looking for luxury. The interior is very pleasing. The parking is just great! The hotel is close to a bus stop, which gives you 5-10 min to the main tourist attractions of the city.

The room had many spider webs, that weren't cleaned. It was dusty in the corners as well. We were waken in the morning by air-conditioning technicians, which, I guess was a one-time thing, but being with my family I found it unpleasant.

Accommodation was clean, sufficient, accordingly to price. No expectations, no surprises. :) I can recommend to guests looking for simple, clean hotel.

We wanted to order breakfast for next morning but we were said that hotel is full and it was too late. OK.. I would expect any information about latest time of ordering.

I don't know where to begin with this place that pretends to be a hotel. It is well designed and very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, but that is all you will get. It's advertised as having a bar and restaurant, although they exist as rooms they are closed and unavailable for guests, breakfast is served for only one hour between 7.30 and 8.30 and you have to book the day before. It is no more than a motel. After 14 of us rode 350 miles to get here to discover that there is no customer service, just a receptionist who gives you a key, and that's it. It was a boiling day and the hotel offered no bottled water anywhere in the hotel, not even in the rooms, which have no fridge or mini bar. Will never stay here again and would highly suggest that you dont

A bit uncomfortable trip

Room and bathroom are quite big. Free underground parking

Our car was locked in the underground parking during day of leave. RFID cards were disabled and we could not open gate of parking and vome back to the hoter to search for personnel. There was literally no one in the hotel and we could not reach even by phone. We were worried that we can miss the flight but after half an hour accidentally there cam some.lady and helped us to open the garage gate In 2 rooms where we have stayed sinks were jammed. TV were showing just Slovak channels.

big room, great parking underground

Everything in the description found in the room was missleading, exactly like the google location of the hotel: the ”nearby” restaurant, the breakfast time (ended at 8:30 instead of 10:00 !!!). Multiple errors using the card for payment, so I had to pay cash.

actually all ok.. safe parking and can come with your pet and clean hotel, just do not set big expectations…

good location a quick stop in Bratislava and secure garage parking, also pet allowed

pillows were tired and breakfast was offered only short time early in morning. we were travelling together with my brother… and we had to ask second card (first the receptionist gave us on card)to get in the hotel- all the access’s were with the card only, eaven to go down to reception 0 floor! also we were late with our check out only about max 4 min! and we were could not to leave our floor!! our key card did not work, no opportunity to leave eaven to ground floor where is the reception. after second long call they answer and one guy who was doing some construction works in hotel was sent to “save” us out. this access card situation felt us feel really unsecured in case of real emergency… otherwise was all ok

Needs improvement, better attention to cleanliness and upkeeping

Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement in this hotel. It needs more attention to cleanliness and to maintenance. Especially visible in bathroom. The recliner sofa in our apartment was horrible, dirty and squeaking so badly that we almost got no sleep in 2 days. The only option was not to move all night since it was so bad it would even wake up our kids in the next room.

Very dirty, room never got cleaned

The garage is convenient, and the rooms are quite spacious.

Well, let's start with charging us 20 EUR per dog per night. We had 3 dogs, 2 small ones and one poodle - none of them sheds, and they all sleep in their crates, so basically no extra cleaning is required after them. So we paid 280 EUR extra only to have those 3 animals with us. Which would not be even a problem as they used this money to do extra cleaning every day like they explained to us. The room was NEVER CLEANED in those 5 days/ 4 nights. I think it is unacceptable for any hotel, but especially if you charge 260 EUR for this extra cleaning because of the dogs.
