Location Heart of city with 5 star comforts. Enjoyed stay

Location is good near to metro station.
Room service prity good. But few things which i bring to notice. I had a stay of 5 night 6 days between 14july-19 July, and what I observe.
1- room service button not working, after complaining found switch is bad and need to be replaced which was not replaced due to non availability of switch during my whole stay.
Consequence is either I had to call for room cleaning before leaving or I had to call after I Come back which wasted my time.
2- During my stay on 17 July at breakfast, croissant were taste bad while eating. It's like eating dipped in kerosene When asked for complain register they don't have it. I had to make complain on feedback form.
Rest all freshly prepared food were good.
3- when asked for compensation for all inconvenience, I was told they don't have method for compensation.
Over all good hotel but didn't expected this few issues toward customer staying for long duration.

The room was great and the hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was really good too.
The swimming pool didn't look clean.

We had our breakfast in the restaurant, we order a la carte . We enjoyed it .
We had a late check-in In hotel , around 12:00am in the night .
We were offered a handicap room , instead of a normal room . Also if no other room are available , we were not informed that they are giving a handicapped room to us .
As we were very tried , though we didn’t made any issue for that .
After when we were using the shower ,the water was blocked through which my partner got irritated and we called plumber for that . The issue was resolved but the whole thing take 1/2 hours extra to this and cleaning the water and everything , as I said we were very tired .
After that there were no bath mats in the room , if this is a 5 star hotel , then the service is not expected from such hotel .
In the morning there were some maintenance work going on , during the time of check-in no one informed regarding this .
As I don’t expect this from a 5 star hotel .

First room i was given was next to a construction zone & stank. Second room was across the hallway from the first, not pleasant either. Third room, they finally got it right. Overpriced rooms for the level of comfort. Not to be repeated soon, sadly.

I was in Delhi for a conference. The room was comfortable with a desk for working and a view of the local area. The breakfast restaurant was good with a egg station. It also doubled as a cafe for lunch and dinner if you didn't want to use the main restaurants on the first floor. There was also a Tapas bar. There was a bakery shop with magnificent cakes, slices and desserts.
The pool had day lounges under cover from the sun.
There were a couple of fairly lavish Indian weddings in the function room and poolside during my stay. The lady's saris were amazing with so many beautiful colors.
Not a lot except whenever we arrived back (by shuttle bus from the conference) we had to put our bags on a screening conveyor and be screened. It seems all the hotels in Delhi screen all people entering the premises.

Andy the spa manager went out of her way to accommodate us in the schedule. The reservation desk staff were very helpful. Overall the experience was excellent

Nothing. The desk check in staff put me in a lower class room than i booked, and said they would change it the next day. They lied. The room smelled like smoke. The hallway like mildew. The room is small, and looked out onto the highway and metro. The breakfast was minimal. The fruit was not ripe. The table service was ok, but beside eggs or dosa, not to much was appealing. The desk staff wanted me to pay for the breakfast of my guests immediately, even though they had my credit card on file so i could charge anything extra that came up. The desk woman was visually upset with me when i told her i left the key in my room at checkout. Oh, and the TV did not work, and there are no wash cloths in the rooms. Strictly a two star hotel!!
