It was a comfortable stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, the access to the gardens was convenient and the plants were lovely (despite the recent hot and dry weather), the location / proximity was excellent, the pool was clean and we enjoyed our swim, the resort was secure.

Getting our keys from reception wasn't the easiest process as we had to get buzzed in and wait. The parking is a real problem. We only just fitted our SUV in the designated parking space. However, we had been warned beforehand.

Comfortable, but dissapointing as the room we were given could have been in any roadside hotel

Spotlessly clean. Centrally located in Mandurah. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The canal side of the complex is very pretty.

My booking said that my room was to have a Garden view. Instead it looked out onto the car park and main road. There is good security to get in and out of the complex, but these rooms on the road have direct entry into the room through the glass sliding door i.e. no security. It would be nice to have a comfy chair or two in the room to sit on, when not in bed. There is only an uncomfortable chair at the desk.

Very comfortable, great location, would definitely go back!!

Clean and comfortable, we received an upgrade from a Studio to a 1 bedroom apartment when we arrived. Also, loved the outdoor spa!! Two minute walk to small shopping complex that included an IGA, bottle shop, bakery and cafe.

The car bays were quite narrow where our room was. Thankfully, there wasn’t anyone staying in the downstairs apartment.

Rooms were clean- room good for a single nights stay. Facility in room good.

Room looking tired, curtain torn, chips to walls and shower head kept falling down - Advised reception when we left. Keys to the glass sliding room would have been nice instead of having to go the carpark to get to pool/spa.

underwhelming would be a kind way to put it.

the bed was really comfortable.

the decor was outdated in the room and bathroom, the blinds are stained yellow, the carpets were dirty and worn, the room itself had a musty damp smell when I entered it. the pillow slip was dirty, it looked like mascara (have a photo if need be). the towel rail was bent and broken and covered in glue from a previous attempt to fix it. the air vent is in the closet so when neighbours did laundry it rattled through my room and was way too noisey(have video if needed). the wifi didn’t work - I think there should be a notification prior to booking to alert guests as some rely on it to do their work. the lay out was unusual - there’s a random Harry Potter closet that stretches out 2 or 3 metres that only held a garbage bin. I’m usually very chill about things but for the money I paid for per night I was expecting a lot better- the rate is similar to the dolphin quay apartments and their standards were a lot higher with a bigger room, lounge area, a fully equiped kitchen and private laundry facilities- which is what a service apartment is usually like. to be honest, I won’t be rushing back anytime soon. especially with so many other options in Mandurah.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a good location on the canal so we could see the Xmas lights. The bbq was clean &a

Clean & neat & well maintained. The gardens & pool were great. We felt very secure & other guests were respectful.

The stairs were narrow & you had to be careful. Not recommended for young children or older people. There was only one tea towel & no oven mitts. The dining chairs needed a cushion.

The website shows that the rooms have a view of the beach. This was my first time at this resort, and I believed all rooms had a view of some sort of the beach. Especially when there was no choice to make when I booked, except from 3 different types of rooms. No views mentioned. We ended up in a room at the other end of the building with a view of grass on the one side and parking area on our room side. I could have rather stayed home.

The location and facilities were fabulous as everything was walking distance. We had a problem with the shower and we were upgraded to a different apartment which was available, so we were very pleased. The staff were so friendly and accommodating that we would definitely return. We received excellent service.

You get what you pay for

location was handy and quiet and the staff were friendly and on the ball.

Very good

We got upgraded to an apartment which was great! The pool and spa area was very well maintained and a great look out. The parking is very safe and secure.

Our apartment was nice although the furniture was a bit worn and the rack in the shower was broken so was slight inconvenience.
