Not recommended for tourists who can afford some more

Only the location.. and that too is not great

Very old and poorly maintained, in sea view rooms only 10% sea is visible due to long trees and plants..! Balconies are shabby.! Ac outdoor sounded so bad body all rusted..

pleasant location but horrible service.

excellent location and sea view. nice swimming pool. food is good.

staff is very greedy for money. look like educated but no manners. AC doesn’t work but makes lot of noise that you can’t sleep. be careful with your money..!!

Recommended for families and couples.

Nearby to the beach and its a private beach. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Room is very clean. Food price is reasonable and good. Overall it's a good place for families and couples.

The place needs some refurbishment as the resort is quite old. Swimming pool closes at 6pm, that's quite early.

The ocean views are amazing

Very poor maintenance. Very outdated interior and exterior. Ayurveda section was closed. Restaurant staff were often rude spoke very poor English. Food quality was poor. Would definitely not go back.

Great location - shame about the accommodation.

Great location with a private beach and lovely gardens

It has such great potential but is need of a dire overhaul and good clean! Really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

It offers access to a clean small private beach and this is the main advantage of this property. if you are with a family and you look for privacy and cleanliness, then go for it.

the rooms are very basic to say the least, the property basically charges for the location and access to the beach

Room and its amenities were very poor. No lift available. Wifi was not available eventhough the facility was there

Extremely disappointed, avoid this place

Staff is kind and helpful.

Door nob was broken, AC was not sanitised in years. Toilet looked like some police holding cell. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel but its more like a Hostel, which is completely fine but not when paying so much.

Overall bad experience, i doubt online booking now. Do not trust any online pictures.

Nothing that i liked

The property was old and the room was stinking, entry to the room was not good. The bathrooms were not as displayed in the picture very congested. Resort pictures were made to look great very far from reality.

Not bad. That’s about it. Breakfast was great though.

Property is in a worn-down state. AC was barely working. Staff is just about courteous, but could be more hospitable (but not a major issue). Property was clean but wear and tear was significant and the room design is outdated. Private beach was there but access was restricted (due to high tide, so understandable).
