Prima overnachten voor een goede prijs.

Prima kamer, hele goede bedden! Ontbijt was prima, meer dan genoeg keuze. Heerlijk op het terras ontbeten.

Er was een renovatie bezig. Niet erg veel last van gehad, maar wel merkbaar. De gangen in het hotel zijn slecht verlicht. I.c.m. donker interieur geeft dit een beetje benauwd gevoel.

Tolle Lage und schöne Zimmer

Moderne und schöne Familienzimmer mit ausreichend Platz.Vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick auf den Park.Das Frühstück war absolute ausreichend und man konnte draußen sitzen und die Sonne genießen . Leider wurde das Buffet nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt, so dass vieles schon vergriffen war und man immer wieder fragen musste.Im Hotel kann man sich Bikes und Scooter ausleihen und die Innenstadt erreicht man mit dem Auto nach 5 Minuten.Generell sehr nettes Hotel und wir werden wieder kommen

Will not be staying again! Just as expensive as a better hotel but service and up keeping are terrible

Excellent location Beautiful grounds Massive comfy bed

Has a vending machine - broken Shower head in the room - broken Room service for dinner at 7pm - can’t restaurant is too busy so my boss and her 3 year old had no dinner! Specifically asked for 1 guests city tax to be split off as company was not paying for this person, charged it to the company card and refused to correct it!

Trying to find an excuse to return.

Last minute booking en route. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable and quiet, sufficient for our stay. Restaurant food was delicious, breakfast plentiful and the grounds were beautiful.

No ironing board or iron. No glasses or mugs just disposable paper cups. Not a very enviromentaly friendly choice.

The hotel is nice and the little lakes gives a great feeling during breakfast.

It is far from all facilities and there is no direct pedestrian way to the city.

Avoid at all cost.

I guess rooms were clean but that’s about it.

Starting with the majors: 1. Due to my late arrival I got a phone call from the reception and we agreed that an envelope with my key would be left in an agreed location. Nothing was left for me, I have spent 30 minutes outside with my luggage until miraculously someone from the staff left the hotel and let me in. No response calling neither the bell not the landline. 2. I got a room on the ground floor. The sound insulation in the room was a joke. I could hear absolutely every sound from the corridor, door slamming and people talking from 7-10 a.m. 3. With a check-out at 11 a.m. I was woken up by a cleaning lady at 10:10. 4. Needless to say, I slept terribly. 5. Breakfast was extremely underwhelming. No service, overcooked eggs and underfried bacon. 6. Cheap tiles on the floor, not cosy at all. 6+7 indicate a standard of 2 stars, definetely not 4.

We like the location, quiet and good point for visit around (walking) We like the restaurant, good food

Bed - no way to have one king bed instead of one double bed, you need upgrade room (not clear in the booking) Noise - the doors are not the silence doors. so you are wakeup by your neighboord when the wakeup early

Exceptional

Booked at short notice en-route from Norway to the Uk. What a gem of a hotel. So easy to find off the motorway yet so quiet. Beautiful aspect with gardens we would love to sit in on a summer's evening. The restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive along with great food. Found by fluke but we will definitely return.

Beds are good

No electric kettle in the room as well as no telephone to reach reception. No water, no coffee no tea nothing! No refrigerator. We booked a room, payed 150€ and it was a disaster because it was at the entrance downstairs, lot of noise at night and in the morning, people shutting doors, making noise while going for breakfast... our room nr 8 was right in front of the hall door, so if you opened the room door, you couldn't pass because of the hall door??? Very strange. Booked double room, but two separate beds :( I think this is not a cheap room/breakfast but is was very basic and not ok compared to other hotels.

overpriced dark hotel

Large comfortable bed unfortunately nothing more.

I paid for the best room on offer , the room was big but wall was a little damaged , dirty carpet , cobwebs on the ceiling , it was very dark in the room , bathroom very impractical , the hair dryer hurt my hand ... For such a high price, I am very dissatisfied. My worst spent money on a hotel in my life. I do not recommend.
