I absolutely enjoyed that place with everything it had to offer, room was so cozy and stylish peaceful atmosphere, food was good at the restaurant, very caring customer service and overall an experience that makes me wanna come back.❤️
I liked everything.

We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise, we guess as it was our anniversary. Room was spacious and lovely
Shame the property is in need of some all round maintenance on the wood particularly. On our balcony/terrace the decking past the roofline was slippy and v dangerous and the furniture generally in terrible condition. The two steamer chairs and coffee table were lovely, but there were no cushions for the hanging chair and the white table (that was missing chairs) was rusty. All the pots on the decking were sad, lacking any care and rusting. So sad to see as it could easily be stupendous!! One empty plant pot was full of floating cigarette buts 🤢

Location
Noisy
Expensive breakfast
Hot room, especially as we had a dog & couldn’t open the window wide enough.
Room cleaner didn’t empty bins, replace toilet rolls.

Room was very comfortable with an awesome shower. Balcony overlooking river. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were brilliant. Surprisingly quiet room for what is obviously a very popular pub!
10 minutes by bus into Bath or a lovely 45' walk by the river. Strongly recommend.

The view, the smart TV, the shower had good pressure, the breakfast and every member of staff we spoke to was lovely
It was a bit dusty, there were cigarette butt's scattered all over the decking outside and there were a few stains on the bedding. A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice touch. And, this is very circumstantial of course.. but my car was reversed into during my stay, but there is no CCTV covering your carpark and the driver did not leave any details. So I'm obviously a bit bummed about feeling powerless on that one.

Plenty of choice for breakfast we sat in a lovely conservatory with a beautiful view of the river Avon.
Can't think of anything we did nd like . We only stayed for one night ,would have been nice to stay for a little longer.

good location, good breakfast, loved the camera which gave the view of the river in the room and the access to fruit an extra drinks
We were above the where the beer barrels were kept and could hear the sound of the pumps in the room, which spoilt what was a lovely quiet location
4.3
The room was lovely, the food fantastic
Balcony was filthy, cigarette butt's everywhere which I cleaned up. Dead indoor plants. No decaf tea or soya milk

A very nice short break, park & ride next door so very convenient, great staff lovely location, can highly recommend

This lovely hotel set next to the river was delightful. Our room was shabby chic, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and very clean. Nice shower room, with plenty of toiletries, good supply of tea, coffee etc. The bonus was the table in the corridor that had extras such as tea, coffee milk and even fresh fruit on it if you ran out. We had a meal in the evening which was superb, and the breakfast was exceedingly good, all served by pleasant waiting staff. Would definitely go again but this time would like a room overlooking the river and not the car park. Could be a bit noisy.
Nothing. no comlaints

Very nice hotel with beautiful view on the river
Amazing stuff
Bathroom could’ve been cleaner (dust bunnies on the floor )that didn’t spoil our experience tho -something that property could improve on

Overall lovely stay at the Boathouse. The staff were more than helpful despite being short-handed for Christmas with all facilities warm and inviting. The breakfast conservatory with fire was absolutely beautiful and a joy to sit in on a dreary English morning.
There were some minor issues with cleanliness. The shower mat placed inside the bath was dirty on the underside, and the carpets in the bedroom definitely required a clean.

The Boathouse was beyond our expectations, such an amazing place in a beautiful setting. Our room was perfect, such lovely design and furnishing, so comfortable and cosy. Fabulous bathroom. Great to have a balcony overlooking the river. Restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious. Breakfast in the conservatory looking out on the garden.
Perfect location on the outskirts of Bath, right next to the Park and Ride stop.

staff service was outstanding.
Bedroom maintenance was poor and the kitchen large extract system was on the wall of the head of my bed. So there was vibration and noise. Also noisy equipment just outside bedroom door in ceiling. Windows did not close properly. Radiator controls were very hard to use and no heat in bathroom.
4.3
Friendly relaxed and quirky
The lighting in the driveway, or lack of it from the main road end to where the lighting started. I was on foot from the bus stop on the main road, it was very dark and not pleasant for a woman walking on her own

Room was good--had a fan during a fairly hot day/night. We really liked that the TV screensaver was a live webcam streaming a view of the river. We could watch boaters and waterfowl during the day into the evening, and at night the insects flying in front of the camera looked like shooting stars--really magical! The bed was comfortable as well. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the fish and chips were perhaps the best we ever had. There is also lovely walking along the river behind the hotel for after dinner.
Everything was excellent. Because of an accident that happened involving kitchen staff, cooked breakfast was not available the day we were there, but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Last minute booking for a Bath Soa Uni open day. Perfect location, friendly staff and quirky. We loved it and would recommend.
No where to put your toiletries in the bathroom.
