We had a nice stay. Very convenient. Thank you.

Essence is situated near the Hospital and that is where we were going. Bed was large and comfortable.

Chairs were hard and not comfortable at all in Room 109. It will help also if we were provided with a brochure to explain how to use the Oven, Microwave and Air Conditioning as well. We are over 80 and we did not understand the symboles.

Fine for one night.

The accommodation had parking in a secure garage and the apartment had cooking facilities and a washing machine and tumbledrier.

It was fine for a one night stay however I didn’t think it was great value for money. Wouldn’t stay again.

Brisbane holiday stay

It was roomy and nice and cool for us and really liked the outdoor area

It had rubbish on the floor of one of the rooms. When we got there, we didn't have any spare rubbish bags to use once the bins got full.

I was disappointed to find one of the beds was in the dinning room because I thought I had booked a 3 bedroom apartment.

Good location, clean tidy apartment

Not enough parking. I had to pick my daughter and her friend up from a concert didn’t get back until after 11:30ish, when we got back there were no parks inside or out other than reserved parking. There was also no close street parking, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the middle of the night with 2 16yr old girls. I ended up parking in a reserved parking spot that didn’t have a number plate on it then having to get up early to move my car even than I was lucky enough to find a spot.

Good value, short drive to Chermside shopping centre, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Airport

Reasonable size room for 5 people. Clean. Pleasant staff. Free parking

Not too close to anything except a hospital, so you needed your own transport.

Wouldn't stay here again

The apartment was close to where we needed to be

Check in time was meant to be 2pm, which was notified in writing...room wasn't ready until 4pm and we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. Rooms are far from being sound proof, can clearly hear the people in adjoining rooms and outside noise. Bed was uncomfortable. We don't recommend and will never use again.

Great place to stay while in Brisbane

Great place to stay while in Brisbane that's not in the heart of Brisbane, close to major shopping centres and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Free parking underneath the property that is secure.

Didn't sleep much, won't be going back.

Fold out sofa was uncomfortable and had urine stains on it. Was basically a bunch of springs inside a potato sack. Also no bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast was below average.

Walking distance to Westfield Chermside

The property was easy to access and had onsite parking. Both the rooms had a balcony that was nice to sit and have breakfast on. there is a lift to access all the levels. the rooms were clean and tidy. you can walk to restaurants and supermarkets and the Westfield Chermside is only 20 mins walk away.

we were disappointed that the appartments did not have their own washing machines/dryer and that the ones available were pay-to-use. we travel to and from Brisbane often and our expectation for a serviced apartment is a higher standard than these apartments. the kitchens have the bare minimum as far as utensils. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the shampoo/conditioner/soap was an all-in-one that felt more like a public bathroom than a serviced apartment. the reception staff, although friendly, were unable to assist with things like booking a cab and our overall feeling was that it could be a bit nicer with some small tweaks.
