Location
TV was very old and terrible picture. No Foxtel. No parking. Bar very expensive prices. No balcony.
4.3
Location was excellent.
Downstairs bar couldn't make cocktails and had no ingredients. It was my daughters 17th. Couldn't get her a drink. Cost of breakfast for a whole family is quite expensive.
4.3
Clean and staff were beautiful
I didn’t like that on booking.com when I booked it stated it had parking at the property and then when we were leaving this morning we had to pay $70 for parking… after it said it was included in our booking
4.3
The location was great. Convenient parking right next door. Comfortable beds, spacious room and friendly staff.
The television in our room wasn't very clear (perhaps poor reception). It would have been nice to have an in-house movie catalogue included.
We were a family of three however only two towels were given. After a couple of requests much earlier in the day for the extra towel, it was brought up late in the evening after we had needed it.
4.3
Liked the clean room. Loved the location.
No hotel parking but $30 paid parking in a carpark next door. Should be free for hotel patrons.
4.3
Nothing
The noise down in the restaurant

Comfortable bed good location and pillows are excellent
I checked in late. There was no body wash in the bottles, the hot water kettle had old water, the spoon was not clean - had lick marks And food stuck to it. The beds were In a twin formation and they kept sliding around.

Stayed for the Tour de Bris so location was fantastic. The room was amazing, clean, very modern and spacious, as was the bathroom- superb. The view over the old pavilion was amazing, overall totally exceeded our expectations.
Only one minor issue was the lifts, because the hotel was so busy with the event only 2 lifts were not enough and slow and kept skipping floors?
4.3
The property was super clean and handy to everything info about minibar would be good though prices etc
4.3
The bed was amazingly comfortable as well as the pillows, such a convenient area to stay in.
nothing everything was amazing, maybe room service would be an amazing touch

Pretty standard
They charged me $15 for a bottle of still water then stopped responding when I wanted to dispute. Don’t check in to your room without staff present or who knows what minibar charges you will cop. Disappointing.

comfort, location
all good

I love the ease of checking in, the ease of parking, the room are very comfortable and lush. The styling is cosy and the linen / sheets etc were super soft and luxuries
I don’t like that’s the windows don’t open. I struggle to sleep without fresh air.
The bottle water in the fridge was complimentary ( which is great of course ) but there was not signage to let me know…
as it is stored with the mini bar it would appear not to be ‘free’.
4.3
I like the room and the bed
breakfast is ok

The bed and pillows were fantastic
No parking. Noise from the crossfire gym next door

The location for this trip was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Rydges Fortitude Valley was one of the best places i've stayed in a while. When i was searching, it was a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area so i wasn't expecting such a great experience. Staff are lovely; rooms are clean and modern; and location was spot on. I had issues with the noise in my room because work was being conducted on the roof and straight away i was offered a suite better than mine. Whilst i didn't take it, i appreciated the excellent customer service. I will now always stay here when I'm travelling to Brisbane. Thank you

Comfy bed. Good shower. Very clean.
Took an age to check in. Front desk staff seemed to have no clue. We missed the full room service option for this reason. Couldn't get the TV chromecast to work.

Super Comfortable bed, close to function I was attending so didn't need to use the car, close to a variety of food options as well as the restaurant attached to Rydges.
TV was a bit difficult to work out, would of loved to be able to watch footy, but able to do that at the pub across the road, so not a big issue.
4.3
location was great, facilities & convenience
hot in room and hotel corridors.
crusty stains on occasional chairs which looked like human fluids.
pillows uncomfortable
4.3
Very comfy bed and linen! Staff were really friendly and easy going, room was clean. Area was surprisingly quite quiet (weekend) and parking was great!
No robes 😞 breakfast buffet wasn’t the best I’ve had by any means so I probably wouldn’t include this next time
4.3
Good pool and gym. location. Bathroom and Thank You brand toiletries were great.
lift was broken the whole time we were there.
no freezer in the fridge.
Had to empty the fridge of all the mini bar products to use it.
