大浴場に身体全体的に・・・が入った人がいてゆっくり入れなかった。

a reasonable, good hotel if you have a reason to stay in this area

breakfast is good enough to fill you up but minus points for having too few choices of vegetable. complete bathroom amenities in the room, TV, wifi, fridge that stays powered 24 hours, kettle, hair dryer. comfortable bed. free luggage storage room. we enjoyed the summer Osaka festival which was held in the area then walk back to hotel.

1 small room saves electricity, but in this room we needed the doorway space to open 2 suitcases fully flat on the floor, plus a short bed if you're tall. 2. location, it's quite a long walk for tourists comparing to hotels in other locations in town, especially during summer heat from station to hotel many times a day.(JR Temma or Ogimachi station depends on your train pass). 3 check in time is 3pm sharp.

サクッと大阪旅行にとても便利

ロケーションが良い大浴場があってのんびり出来た

部屋のウォシュレットの付け根あたりで水漏れがあり直接はそこまで問題なかったが、流れてきた水で歯を磨く際に足が少し濡れた。水漏れには足が濡れてから気づいたので修理して頂きたいです。

めちゃ安いのに大浴場とサウナがついててご飯の質も悪くなかった

露天風呂とは言いながら露天ぽくはなかったけどそれはあまり問題ではなく、ただ外からのタバコの匂いが入ってきてて、タバコ嫌いな私には長居できなかった、、

Worth more thab what you’re paying for! Comfortable and relaxing stay!

I like that there is an onsen/hot spring in the hotel. Our family had a fun experience! There were a lot of guest supplies as well. There is a 7/11 near the place and it is a 7 minute walk to the JR Temma station. We booked a night before our desired stay because of Typhoon and everything was ready and perfect! Definitely worth every penny!

I hope the bar/restaurant was opened from morning to evening so we can have snacks/dinner inside the hotel especially since there are not much food options near the hotel.

Nice hotel.

Wonderful value for money, onsen makes it even better. Bed was comfortable, onsen nice and clean and you can see how crowded it is from the TV screen in the room. Wi-Fi worked great for calls. Bed was listed as a small double bed, we didn’t have any troubles with it.

Wouldn’t reccomend , the staff are very unprofessional .

The rooms weren’t too bad and location was good

Elevator and wifi didn’t work at all, aircon was poor and not all the facilities worked. The staff were invasive to your room and demanding money on the spot or get out when asking to extend which is a first compared to elsewhere .

For the price, quality was great. And the onsite onsen was wonderful!

Location great, 1 stop from main Osaka Station.

The curry breakfast smell was in the lobby 24/7. Didn't really bother me, but it might to someone else.

Onsen Culture is Key!

Located just 5 minutes away from JR Temma Station (which was a deciding factor for me since I was using a JR West Pass), it's just a 10-15 minute trip tops to Osaka Station and to wherever you decide to visit from there. Room was spectacularly clean albeit a little small given it's price, with just enough space to move around your luggage if you can get those out of the way. Strong hot and cold water pressure with amenities and towels replaced every day. However, the biggest thing I loved about my stay was the public onsen located on the second floor! Imagine taking a dip in a hot bath every night after having walked for hours the entire day. It would not be an exaggeration to say I would probably consider booking this place again just for the access to the onsen! Gives you a glimpse as well into public bathing culture in Japan because it was used daily by other patrons of the establishment.

Maybe the size of the room for the price. Though I've had smaller stays in Europe which were nowhere near this immaculately clean and comfortable so maybe that's just what to expect at this price range. And AirBnbs for some reason were pricier too! Also, definitely an odd choice to have an Indian restaurant serving breakfast given it's a Japanese hotel. But since I love Indian food, I'm not going to complain. They do serve a decent continental breakfast buffet in the same restaurant so there's that if you don't like Indian cuisine.

The dishes of the breakfast is almost the same every day, so I may not purchase it next time I book the accommodation here. Also, the distance of Hotel to Tenman Station is 500m which takes you 5-10 minutes by walking. (Depends on your speed) You will have to walk for a bit, but I think it’s acceptable anyway.

By far the worst hotel we’ve been to in Japan. I’ve been here for over a month now getting the most out of this beautiful country by moving from city to city; staying in a multitude of hotels & airbnb’s (every 3-5 days we would be in a different stay). Last night, my partner and i got home quite late (4AM) after a long night in the city of Osaka and decided we would extend our stay in Apa Hotel (Osaka-Temma) for an additional night. I called the front desk to make this request and I was informed to go downstairs to provide my ID and credit card for the extension. I asked them if I can do it later in the afternoon (since it was 4AM) and the front desk representative said it’d be fine. Later in the day, someone came knocking on our suite door asking us to make the payment— to our surprise, it wasn’t even 12PM! So I got out of bed to put some clothes on and this person had the nerve to enter our room despite knowing we were inside (not to mention we were completely undressed). We had every intention of paying for the extension, but to come into our room demanding for us to make the payment at that exact moment was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!! To be clear: we did go down to make the payment soon after. Money was never the issue, we were both understandably exhausted from the previous night. I’ve stayed in a different Apa Hotel in Osaka and they were extremely professional; they made us feel greeted and welcomed at every staff encounter but this location had absolutely no wifi connection for the duration of our stay in addition to the rude awakening my partner and I experienced on our last day in this hotel. We chose this location based on the ratings provided on Booking.com; to say we are disappointed with this establishment would be an understatement.

Excellent choice for people that want to visit a lot of Osaka's landmarks

Proximity to the JR Line was excellent, plus there were nice parks around to soak in the Sakura

Pleasant

Next to the Sakura blooming temma river. Booth JR stations were easy to access. Spa was nice.

Hairs all over the bathroom, especially shower head and bathtub. Wasn't clean. Sorry. No instant coffee in the room.
