Good location, no air conditioning

Close to the station. Good breakfast. Clean and well maintained. Good price.

They did not turn on the air conditioning in the building. When asked they said it's because it's winter but it's been spring for several weeks and the weather was warming. They said just open a window but that let's in all the train noise.

朝ごはんが美味しかった

チェックインしたらベッドの上にゴミが落ちてた清掃してもらったあとに部屋に戻ったらベッドの棚にゴミを置かれていたトイレの便座が水満たしになっていて部屋を替えてもらった

手違いで喫煙室を予約してまいましたが、すぐにフロントの方が対応してくださり、禁煙室を用意してくださいました。清潔、ロケーション最高大阪に行く時は必ず宿泊したいです。

Fantastic value! Highly recommended for international travelers! Nice restaurant on the first floor!

Walking distance from the JR Shin Osaka station and the breakfast is great considering how much I paid.

The room is small, but I do not spend time in the room, so it does not matter. I still like the value.

バリアフリー⁉️

レストランが1階にあり便利でした。ロスからの帰り道で遅い時間に到着したため夕食朝食をいただきました。

バリアフリーと書いてあったので選びましたがトイレとお風呂が30センチ位上がっていたので足の悪い姉を2人がかりで上がらせるのが大変でした。

They understand my needs

due to the typhoon we had to change our plans, so we booked an additional night in this hotel. as soon as we arrived the girl at the reception perfectly understood our request to stay in the same room despite 3 consecutive reservations under the same name. staff: speak English fairly, very kind. Location: excellent, convenient to shin-osaka exit 4 or exit 7 if you use the metro. Room: spacious, clean, towels changed daily

Good, clean and very convenient for public transportation (subway, shinkansen)

Unbeatable location if you travel using Shin-Osaka railway station and/or use subway. More than 1 convenience store literally less than 1 minute walk away Restaurant at the ground floor (used for serving breakfast with 2 options - Japanese or Western), open to the public for the rest of the day, with a big selection of set menu.

Location is very good. very close to train and metro station, 24 hours open shop is nearby, room with very good isolation, clean and small but very compact space, very nice bath tub. Bed was very good. Free drink water is provided every floor.

Superb

The hotel is walking distance from Shin Osaka station. You can see the tracks from the hotel yet it you don't hear it from the rooms. Room is very clean as all Japanese hotels are.

Maybe the absence of an onsen. The rate of this hotel is the same as those that has onsen on premises. Receptionist doesn't understand much English but it's fine.

Very good location, considering that it only takes 2 - 3 minutes to their Metro..and around 5 - 7 minutes to the Shin-Osaka train station. There are convenience stores nearby which is great.

Not sure if its normal in Japan for their hotel rooms not providing iron. But otherwise the room is standard for a solo traveller. Clean & comfortable.

Room is wide and nice. All facilities in room are good and work well. Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, near 3 convenient stores and train station.

Cleanliness (there are hair under my blanket. Not complaining cleanliness is bad, but cleaning staff should be more delicate) Vending Machine has too few choices, may give you pain im raining day.

Breakfast in Yayoi restaurant on 1st floor which open from 6.30 - 10.00. They let you to take away.
