מלון היסטורי ומיוחד סכה היינו מרוצים מאוד. תמורה שווה למחיר

המיקום של המלון מושלם ממש בכניסה לעיר העתיקה, הצוות אדיב מאוד ושירותי ,ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת והחדרים גדולים ומרווחים ונקיים . לורנזו מקסים הזמין עבורנו יקבים והמליץ על מקומות .

הבעיה היחידה שאין מעלית היות ומדובר במלון שהוא במנזר לשעבר מבנה מאוד יפה ומיוחד אך בלי מעלית עם מדרגות גבוהות והיה קשה עם המזוודות אך הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ועזר לנו להעלות את המזוודות .

Accoglienza e attenzione verso il cliente veramente ottime, siamo stati coccolati e assecondati per tutto il soggiorno. Struttura confortevole, storica ma ben tenuta. Camera accogliente e spaziosa, bagno funzionale, doccia comoda, mini bar utilissimo, vista dal terrazzino mozzafiato. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, servizio attento e disponibile.

Essendo una struttura storica non c’è ascensore, però è ben specificato nella descrizione.

主要是员工太可爱了，超级nice，帮我们预定了很好的餐厅（当天餐厅要么不开要么满座），我们有什么要求基本都满足我们。酒店位置也很好，一位大叔带我们去停车，非常方便。以这样的价格，加上montepulciano的美景，真应该多住两天

酒店比较旧，没有电梯，抗行李不方便。另外，酒店的房间空调坏了，有点冷

Sehr zu empfehlen

Alter stilvoller Palazzo mit einen guten Dutzend Zimmer, familiär geführt, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Herzlicher Empfang mit Hilfe beim Gepäck (kein Lift!). Kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet, auf Wunsch gab es auch Rührei. Die Lage ist fantastisch, am unteren Ende der Altstadt (in der ZTL gelegen, die man als Hotelgast aber zum Be- und Entladen und zum Anfahren des hoteleigenen Parkplatzes befahren darf, Foto des Nummernschilds ans Hotel schicken!). Die Einrichtung erinnert daran, dass das Haus früher ein nobles Wohnhaus war. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Bad, alles im etwas antiquierten Stil passend zum Haus, mit kleiner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick nach Osten auf den Lago Trasemino.

Etwas lange Wartezeit beim Frühstück.

Albergo ll Marzocco was a wonderful place to stay while we explored Montepulciano for 2 days.

The hotel is well-situated at the bottom of the hill near the entrance to the town. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The balcony afforded a nice view. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices including fresh fruit, pastries, breads for toast, meats and cheeses, eggs cooked to order, juice, coffee and many others.

There is no elevator, but they did have someone to help us get our luggage up to our room.

A perfect location in a beautiful town.

Were treated to a perfect, close parking spot to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The location was perfect as were the balcony views. Lovely breakfast and we met some lovely people from New Zealand there!

There was work being done on the balcony below, so it was a little noisy- but has to be done sometime!

Breve ma magnifico!

Situata nel centro di Montepulciano, ma nella parte “bassa”, così hai la possibilità di girarti questo paese tutto, dall’inizio alla fine, in ogni suo vicolo! Quindi posizione top! La nostra camera era provvista di terrazzo, e la vista era meravigliosa! Camera spaziosa, con tv e aria condizionata! Anche il bagno era molto spazioso ed era presente sia la doccia che una vasca! Personale gentilissimo, specialmente la signora Gianna e il signor Giorgio! Hanno un parcheggio riservato all’hotel

Essendo un palazzo storico, l’unica “pecca” è la mancanza di un’ascensore. Ma credo che il tutto andrebbe a rovinare la magia di questo posto! Mi aspettavo anche una colazione un pochino più varia!

Super Hotel für den Besuch der Weinstadt in der Toskana

Wunderschönes altes Gebäude innerhalb der Stadtmauern Montepulcianos. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Blick über die Toskana. Kostenlose Parkplätze fußläufig.

Alles war toll, wenn überhaupt kann man anmerken, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt aber das ist in solchen historischen Gebäuden auch nicht so einfach möglich.

Wonderful staff in an older building!!

They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon which was amazing! Great location and in the heart of Montepulciano. We had a beautiful balcony with a view of the tuscan countryside!

There's no elevator - so fair warning for heavy bags and lots of stairs! It's an older building so older facilities but we truly enjoyed it.

L emplacement à l entrée de la ville Un gérant aux petits soins envers ses clients! Et l accueil très chaleureux Le temps n était pas avec nous mais au matin nous pu profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur la vallée Petit déjeuner simple mais très généreux

Pas grand chose hormis Le côté un peu vieillot de l hôtel , mais ct sans surprise! Les photos sont vraiment représentatives

Staff were really helpful and friendly. lovely old building which has been tastefully modernised. Great location.

Lack of a lift is a significant drawback, especially with reception on the first floor. Driving away from the property very tricky - would be good to have advice on the best route.

Posizione ottimale e strategica per girare Montepulciano e raggiungere i luoghi più iconici della Val D'Orcia. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata molto ricca. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottima pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni. Possibilità di parcheggiare nei pressi della struttura.

Loved our stay at Albergo & have no hesitation recommending this accomodation.

Fantastic location. Was able to drive in and drop off the bags and then park for free in a designated parking area, just needed to provide your licence plate number to reception. Breakfast room was lovely and good coffee and cooked breakfast supplied. The staff were friendly but feel they could have been short staffed as it took some time to clear the tables. Our room had a lovely view down to the main street but with the windows shut the room was very quiet.

Their is no lift in this building so if you have problems carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs ask for a lower level room. The pillows were hard.

Relaxing and comfortable stay in a historic building

Charming and elegant historic property in a great location. The owner was very welcoming. We asked for two rooms next to each other and the setup was perfect. The parents had a huge double room with balcony and amazing views over the Val D’Orcia. The kids had their twin room right next door with similar views (doubtful they appreciated it!) We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer as Montepulciano is beautiful.

It’s a great location just by the entrance of the gate. They provided a free, local parking for you which is a short distance from the gate. Erika upgraded our room. The breakfast was good!

Superb

Location was great, right in the historic town. Walking distance to everything. If you don't fancy walking, there's little busses that can take you around. Staff was amazing, receptionist, breakfast service and housekeepers all very friendly. The owner gave us an upgrade upon check-in, a room with an extra bed as she saw us with a toddler. Room was on the top floor with city view. Even tho is an old building, the facilities were clean, towels were soft and many. Beds very comfy too.

The stairs. Too many to climb especially when with heavy luggage and a toddler.
