Studio op toplocatie

Communicatie met de host Elias. Hij was goed bereikbaar en vroeg regelmatig of we nog iets nodig hadden. Compact en praktisch ingericht appartement in klassieke stijl. Toplocatie midden in het centrum.

Brilliant host and brilliant apartment.

Elias, the host acted above & beyond the call of duty by picking us up at the train station as it was a Sunday with uncertain buses or taxis. He is a very kind and informative host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was in a brilliant location, close to restaurants and little specialty shops. We really enjoyed our stay there.

In the heart of town

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is well positioned in the Centro and has all the facilities we needed. It is an atmospheric place with windows to the street and over rooftops to the valleys and mountains. Our host, Elias, was really friendly and helpful and checked in with us everyday to make sure we were OK. Recommended for people who enjoy being part of a town they visit.

Very good

The owner was incredibly helpful, especially since I booked last minute. He was there to meet me at the apartment, on short notice, with recommendations on restaurants etc. The apartment has one of the best showers I've ever experienced. So wonderful after a long, hot day of walking. Great for a solo traveler, a bit tight for two.

Please get a new mattress! If you have the slightest back issues, it will be a problem. Also, it wasn't a big deal, but early in the morning, until late at night, the tenant above is either constantly moving furniture, or maybe dancing?? It was enough noise to disturb.

The very heart of Montepulciano.

Fantastic location. The host did everything he could to make the stay perfect. Loved the shower and hot water in general. Comfortable bed.

The girls upstairs moving the furniture around before 7am, but that was not the fault of the property or the host.

Really sweet cozy place!

The host was really friendly en easy to contact about everything: parking, restaurants, things to do! It is a sweet apartment with small living room and bedroom. The badroom is really nice and clean: good shower.

Amazing place in Montepulciano

Cute little apartment in the center of Montepulciano that has everything you need. What made our experience truly special was Elias, the host. He was amazing and made sure we were comfortable & gave us lots of local tips! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to everyone.

Location is perfect right next to the city center. Flat was really clean . Owner takes good care of you and his recommendations are very useful

This is our second time in this apartment. Always satisfied

Elias is on top of everything. He is easy to reach and is available for any and all suggestions, help, etc. The bed is super comfortable! Great location, great restaurants nearby, just a great place to stay.
