Had a wonderful stay. Staff were excellent. Rooms and venue was very clean. Great location.

Room was an excellent size. Very clean. Staff were excellent. Reception staff were super great, coffee lounge downstairs and the staff was excellent, breakfast staff were amazing.

It was disappointing that there was no breakfast on the weekends and public holidays. We missed out on 3 days. Had some issues with TV internet and telephone but staff attended to these very quickly. Recommend for the venue to put instructions for using the washing machine/dryer and instructions for using the hotplate. A sign regarding the hot water switch would be great also.

la salle de bain vraiment mal agencée avec un lavabo extrêmement très petit et une douche italienne mal conçue la salle de restaurant trop petite pour les petits déjeuners

Fantastic location and great stay

We stayed at Adina for 6 nights and would highly recommend it to our friends. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful and the light complimentary breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job in keeping the room clean. Location is also very convenient and we would definitely come back for our next visit.

It would have been nice to have breakfast 7 days and not just 5.

A high quality no frills serviced apartment, good for anything over a 2-3 days stay

It was a new property so items were new so that was good. But most items were also high quality, so are likely to be good over time hopefully.

This is not a reflection on the property butd Singapore in general. It is getting too expensive!

Perfect famaliy vacation place. Excellent location

We took The studio apartments. They were spacious and with full of amenities. Best suited for families. Kids friendly and very nice location. Vimal & Vani were very friendly at the front reception. 24 hours free coffee was a blessing. Overall 10/10

Breakfast needs to have more variety. The timing should extend to more than 10 am

Very good

It was a very comfortable 8 day stay after a room change. The space is lovely for socialisation with a couple of friends. The appliances are very clean and I had the peace of mind using the kitchen and washing machine. The staff has been very helpful whenever I approached for help. It deserved the exceptional rating on booking.com

Adina should really consider NOT try to place guests in their disability access room. I was initially given one when I did not ask for it or need it. The room is situated on the second floor with no natural light with opaque windows; which could not be opened with Singapore hot and humid weather. It is really not desirable for stay of more than a week. Worse, the shower area is NOT separated with shower screen or curtains. After I took a shower, the entire floor in the tiny space was wet and stained with residual of shower gel. The bathroom almost could not be used after that. Although they did oblige with a room change after I complained and insisted. Although the management did send a card and a bottle of wine to say sorry which I appreciate, but it is really an unnecessary unpleasant experience I did not have to go through in the first place.

The staff were amazingly accomodating. Very helpful and friendly! The breakfast bar was also lovely and energized me and my husband every morning before we went exploring. The area is super convinient being so close to Plaza Singapura which had shopping, movies and so much food to choose from. We loved our stay there and plan to book with Adina again the next time we go back to Singapore :) Thank you Adina staff for making our honeymoon so enjoyable

Excellent location. Near to Orchard Road.

Room was clean everyday. Excellent services.

A bit pricey , maybe we could get an air B and B for less. maybe breakfast time could extend to 11am. Induction cooktop is difficult to use. So, was the washing machine.

Brilliant stay at Adina Apartments !

The front desk staff, breakfast ladies and cleaning staff were all first rate. Apartment exceeded expectations- size was perfect for a family Beds and pillows so comfortable So very quiet Block out curtains in bedrooms Welcome basket on arrival Continental breakfast served Mon - Fri was a bonus Short walk to Orchard Street and train station

excellent. it’s clean, well laid out, everything you need to have an awesome holiday in the beautiful city of Singapore

everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and close to public transport options. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast is basic and only on weekdays, but really it’s all you need. lovely breads, different sandwich meats and cheese options, and the fruit always changing, the breakfast room is nice.

room didn’t have a view of anything other than the next door apartment block. however we were not looking for a view, given we intended to be out most of the time

Great modern efficient apartment

Adina Service Apartment is a great modern, clean, safe, and location. It is cleaned every day, facilities were efficient, and Wi-Fi at high speed. It is relatively quiet, unless you happen to share a floor with families with kids. Adina is located between 2 MRT stations within walking distance. You can go practically anywhere in Singapore on MRT, so it is very important. If you plan your route accordingly, walking to MRT Station Dhoby Ghaut is about 2 blocks, and this station is a major interchange. You can transfer/connect to a number of lines via this station. I've met with my friend all over the city via this MRT station. And this apt. is located steps from Orchard Rd. for shopping on dining. Great place!

I loved the apt had a washer/dryer, but I had trouble understanding how it works. I had to call the staff to come and showed me how it operates. Once I understood, it was a great feature.

Nice serviced apartments with all the comforts including washer-drier. Close to Orchard Road. And Killiney Road where there are food shops and a supermarket (7 min walk). The top floor pool is nice as well. Front desk staff could do better in terms of warmth. Reliable internet.

Great staff but disappointing room, no view and noisy. Won't stay there again.

Great staff and good location.

The studio was a real disappointment. It faced the driveway of another big apartment block and the rubbish truck woke me up every morning. There was also renovation at the hotel with loud drilling noises for 3 days during my stay.

Very difficult because of our Covid infection, but bearable because of the staffs help and kindness

The apartment could have been better equipped with utensils, ie more cutlery, glasses, etc. There "just" enough for 2 persons only. A few more knives, forks, plates would have been useful every time we ate we had to clean utensils before having additional courses. During our stay we contracted Covid and had to isolate. The staff were amazing, especially the kitchen staff who delivered a full breakfast to our door each morning. The 7 days isolation would have been much more difficult without their help.

Very quiet and an excellent shower, very important when your restricted to your room for 7 days.

Awesome stay in familly

The advantages of the appartement with the comfort of a hotel. Staff very helpful, from day 1 were the little ones were tired after a 15h trip and allowed to checkin earlier. From the last day were we needed to print some documents.

Only comment we could say is that when leaving the appartement, we used to switch off everything and when coming back, after room service has passed, all lights were back on. A small detail, but we believe it would make sense to keep the lights off once room service done

Highly recommended

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it is spacious and well maintained. Perfect location as it is very near to many MRT stations and shopping malls. It is also near to Fort Canning Park and Clark Quay. Can even walk to Marina . The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

No view from the hotel. Breakfast is quite standard and not many varieties. But served fruits, tea and coffee daily.
