Prettig hotel op prima plek

De lokatie was voor mij perfect, omdat ik in dat deel van de stad wilde zijn. Het ontbijt is erg Aziatisch georienteerd. iets meer kaas (liefst plakken) en gebakken bacon zou een leuke aanvulling zijn.

De bar is niet gezellig en het personeel niet geweldig. Daar valt veel meer van te maken, uitnodigender en meer sfeer.

Loved Singapore, but kept inside in the middle of the day due to the heat and humidity.

Location near the botanical gardens and metro station. but quiet as it was off the main thoroughfares. Nice room.

Breakfast was overpriced, even with a discount. We needed to upgrade our room to get a decent size. Staff were not very knowledgeable for independant tourists - didd not know you could pay on board on the hop on, hop off bus, and unaware of any day tours available.

Small and good room

It's exactly next to a small shopping centre with restaurants and supermarket, walking distance to MRT and Orchard road for the shopping area (you can take a taxi when the weather is too hot). It has a nice working table by the window. Nice medium firm bed

Will stay again and highly recommended.

Enjoyable stay for 1 week. Conveniently located to buses and the MRT. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pillows were a bit too soft but this is personal preference.

We had a pleasant stay, hotel is conveniently located, rooms were big when compared to others.

The location of the property was very convenient both to Orchard Rd and MRT access. The housekeeping staffs was very courteous (Lina and William), responsive and does their work very well. The breakfast buffett had very good variety of both western and local fares.

Upon arrival, it would be good for the hotel to staff up baggage handling personnel to help out with big groups with a lot of bags to be delivered to the rooms. Currently, I don’t see that kind of services being offered to arriving guests.

A great place to stay if you want to be in a central location.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Orchard and metres away from the underground station.

Great location, excellent value for money and overall high quality offering.

Rooms are modern and comfortable. Bathrooms are tight and privacy is a little compromised, but location and value for money are both excellent. The proximity to the variety of shops and restaurants in the adjacent Tanglin Mall is a real feature and the easy access to the MRT at Orchard Boulevard provides very good access to other parts of Singapore, on the Gardens by the Bay MRT line and the retail Centre of Orchard Road. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

Bathroom is strictly a one person bathroom which could be inconvenient for some.

Good to be back after the pandemic

Well located close to MRT station and at a quiet end of Orchard Road. Easily accessible to many parts of the city.

The services are more restricted now compared to pre-pandemic. In a room occupied by two persons, there are two bath towels and only one face towel and no hand towels! Only two pods of complimentary coffee per day, etc. We requested for a yoga mat to be sent to our room - we offered to pay a deposit against it, but the staff still refused. Other hotels of a similar stature have no issue with such requests.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was great and the room was quiet. Located opposite a MRT station so conveniently located. Would stay here again. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Grab and Gojek taxis aren’t keen to pick up from there as it’s a little far from the main roads. Also the fridge in the room is tiny. Price is high, but reasonable for Singapore.

Great hotel for family holidays

Modern hotel with Asian feel and decor. Very well-maintained and clean. Excellent location, with a tube station right on the other side of the street, and within a short walk from Orchard Rd - very convenient for family travel. Rich breakfast with plenty of choice. Clean and convenient rooms

Very good

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Room size was more spacious than our past experiences, which made the stay more comfortable. Being connected to a mall gave alternate options for breakfast and dining.. Pool side service was an added bonus, the pool was clean and a great way to cool off from the humidity of Singapore, MRT across the road made easy access to other locations around Singapore.. Concierge service was extremely helpful booking taxis and informative on local sites and places to visit,, and advised us on the best money exchangers . Great service all round. We would definitely be looking to book here for future visits to Singapore.

Breakfast selection choices could be expanded or changed up on alternate days. The selection of choices became less inviting if eating breakfast there everyday.
