Very good

Great location, nice view from the balcony and overall nice area, close to the MK centre and Sainsbury’s plus other shops. Apartment was well equipped with everything you may need

There was a smell of fish coming from the fridge which was abit off putting but everything else was fine.

it was ok, the location was the best part.

good communication overall from the host although they forgot to tell the cleaners they had agreed a late checkout!

apartment was tired looking and in need of a coat of paint, the furniture in the living space had also seen better days. The double bed was very small and not very comfortable. Sky box did not work at all, subscription had not been renewed!

The apartment itself. It was clean, spacious and centrally located.

The very painful process of key collection. This was so unpleasant that it brought down the overall rating from excellent to passable.

Good value apartment in Milton Keynes with a shop and lots of restaurants extremely close by.

Overall great value for money and a modern spacious apartment with good facilities.

There was an issue with the parking permit but the host was responsive. The flat also had some strange smells so we had to open all the windows to get some airflow through.

Great apartment and lovely quiet location but wifi speed could be improved.

The apartment was great, nicely decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and was conveniently located right next to a big sainsburys that came in handy. not to mention free parking which was an added bonus.

The Wifi was super slow at times, making it hard to watch movies or even load a tiktok video. Before we arrived they did say the wifi wasn’t working and installed a dongle until the company came to fix it, unfortunately the dongle worked much faster than the actual internet. so probably worth keeping the dongle in the apartment so people can choose for next time.

Spotlessly clean and perfect location.

In the coldest two weeks of the winter the radiator in the living room didn't work. I reported it the first day of a two week stay but it still wasn't fixed by the time I left. Luckily there was a small portable heater which helped.

very comfortable and I would consider this option over a hotel everytime.

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was a nice and It was in a good location too and had tea, coffee, washing up things and plenty of towels.

not a fault on the apartment itself but the neighbouring apartments and the smell that fills the corridor and goes into the rented apartment is abit much.

clean and tidy on arrival good key collection and drop off concierge nice landscaped podium convenient location above supermarket secure parking

- pathetic water pressure to the showers - only three dining chairs all wonky and noisy - mismatch of glasses and poorly stock kitchen equipment, pots and pans - fittings need fixing eg toilet roll holder

Adequate but not happy with the bed situation.

location was good. clean apartment.

Had to pay additional for second bed and linen when I stated 2 ppl were staying in apt. Second bed provided was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for my friend. I think an army bed with springs or blow up bed would have been much better. Apartment building is quite warm. corridors etc very warm. Too warm in summer. 10am checkout is too early. Should be no earlier than 11am.

some of the items were faulty or in need of repair i.e the extractor fan to the cooler was really horribly loud and don’t know if it worked the lights some were out and the in room lamp didn’t work so was really dark at night but apart from that it was great

The location is excellent. The costumer service is excellent and quick. Free secured parking. Discount coupons for nearby restaurants. Easy check in and check out.

The second room has double bed which is not comfortable for my 2 children to sleep together. The lounge furniture is acceptable.

Great location with secure car park( important for equipment I carry in car for work) with supermarket and food places all very close.

First time I have been in outside of building and noise for people late a night was bad. Stayed at this place about 10 times in last year and first time I have had this. Might just have been end of lockdown.
