Perfect for what I needed working away for a week.

The apartment was lovely in terms of the style, the underfloor heating was ideally (especially in the bathroom!). It had all the necessaries for a short stay. The storage cupboard had a hoover, clothes airer and ironing board. Perfect for allowing me to tidy up and come home with clean washing.

The windows were drafty, making it chilly when settled on the sofa for the evening. Outside of the apartment door the carpets had been removed and not yet replaced. The bathroom sink cold tap didn't work and the hot tap was boiling. The towel rail in the bathroom also wasn't working. I used the washing machine, but was struggling until I realised the water had been turned off to it under the sink.

The Apartment was very spacious and clean.It has good entertainment as there were plenty channels to select from as well as free wifi.We liked the heated floors as well.

The blinds curtains in the bedroom don't close completely such that a bit of light across the apartment would get in.If they could remove them and replace with proper curtains as in the sitting room that would be awesome.

Bathroom was clean and shower was good , The open plan room with the kitchen is a nice size. The blue light is good - bed this time was comfortable slept well . I like this place .

Loved the apartment

Lovely apartment, peaceful, clean and good location. Extra bonus is that it's dog friendly! Had a great time here. Everything went smoothly.

Location is good as near restaurants. But other than sainsburys there are no other convenience stores nearby once sainsburys closes. No issues really with appartment but there was abit of a smell coming from one of the bathrooms perhaps the drain but was ok as I just kept door closed and used other ensuite bathroom

The apartment was comfortable and at a good temperature.

The room had been cleaned before I got there but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Although the key collection was straightforward, the collection box was quite far from the building. Most of the facilities were fine, but the internet speed was very slow.

Great location, Strong wifi, Exceptional value for money vs. a hotel

Fantastic location-across the road to Banatyne gym if you wanted a spa day, 10 mins walk from escape and 12 minutes walk from shopping. Accessible lift- as I was travelling alone I felt very safe staying in these apartments.

The bed was a soft spring where I usually prefer a hard mattress. Small errors on tv instructions.

Used other apartments before this one was the worst one so far

Spacious

The bed was really uncomfortable. When laying down felt like we was sinking. Did not get a good sleep as we was travelling somewhere after wards. As we left to check out when going to the car realised I had left my phone at the apartment. I was asked if I could try and fish out the key from the lock box which to me wasn’t possible. Then got told there will be charge for out of hours call out £50 quid which I wasn’t happy about considering our stay wasn’t great because of the bed. When someone had come out for the call out there was a simple way of getting them keys which we could have been guided over the phone and not have paid the £50 charge on top of the £115 stay for few hours.

Disappointing

The view and the apartment itself is nice, good location.

I was given 3 different locations to pick up the key from (none of which was correct), terrible communication had to download WhatsApp to get through to them, bad instructions in how to get to the property but the worst was the 2 broken lifts (neighbours said it’s been broken for months now).
