Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included in the price and had a good selection.
The only downside was the price of parking, £15 a day.

We booked the property because of the location and pool. I was informed the pool was open for my arrival date, although it was closed prior to that. When I arrived I saw a sign stating that the pool was closed due to high chlorine levels. Granted these things sometimes happen, but I explained to reception staff (Bobby), the purpose of my visit - birthday celebration and our group was looking forward to using the pool. He apologised for the inconvenience. I asked what could he offer us to compensate for the pool being unavailable and he replied that he could offer a discount on our booking but as we booked via a third party he was unable to do this. He then agreed to provide us with drink vouchers after I kept pursuing the matter. Bobby issued 5 vouchers and requested that we collect the rest when the rest of our party checked in. We were a group of 10.
Later in the evening when we went to collect the remaining vouchers, Bobby was not on shift but his colleague (can’t recall her name) did not know about this arrangement and said she needed to check with her manager. She came back to inform us that she was unable to facilitate this and that we should not have been issued with drinks vouchers in the first instance. I explained to her the reason for the vouchers and why we were unable to get a discount. She was quite dismissive so we did not pursue it further.
On Sunday prior to checking out, Bobby was on duty and we proceeded to explain what happened when we tried to collect the remaining 5 vouchers. Bobby explained that he should not have given us the vouchers as the pool being closed was unfortunate and if he compensated us then he would have to do the same for other guests. We explained to Bobby our reason for booking this hotel and that we wanted somewhere with a pool. We also explained that the lack of pool was an inconvenience to our weekend plans.
The rooms were dusty. Staff could have been more accommodating when we explained our reason for booking the hotel.

The was perfect, but always same food. Yet l enjoy it, the kitcthen attandancies are friendly. The house cleaners are polite
The bed is too low, l was once a house keeper at holiday inn in Leiden about twenty five years a go and rooms decoration was more lovely than here in U.K..

Restaurant staff we’re really nice and pleasant
Bedroom was dated and extractor fan was really squeaky and due to the filter not being cleaned. I could not turn this off so I removed the fan from the ceiling so I could sleep

Had a nice size room for four of us, and was close to the event we attended.
Didn’t take cash! Why? We would have spent in the hotel restaurant and bar if this was an option.
The pool and gym area was disgusting. Not sure it get a clean, staff were always on their phones.

Clean, staff were great . Swimming pool enjoyed by kids , breakfast was good
air conditioning not working , blowing out hot air . Unfortunately did not make sleeping comfortable

Somewhere to sit other than the bed as it was a premier room, the chair in the room was a desk style chair so not to comfy to sit in. Your air con was very noisy.

Great location. Nice bar and restaurant. Food was good value and good quality. Staff excellent: helpful and friendly.
Car park was rather small. Some guests struggled to get a space. It was also very pricey. Surrounded by underused public parking spaces there is certainly scope to expand.

Close to MK Central railway station. Paid extra for a king room and it was well worth it: the bed was huge. Asked for a quiet room and they put us at the back of the hotel overlooking a courtyard garden, very nice. The room was spacious, with a large flat screen TV. There was a desk where you could sit and work, but also two comfortable armchairs and a table. Fridge in the room a nice touch and very handy. Nice to be able to have the choice of a bath or a shower. We had to leave early in the morning to catch a train, and they made us up some continental breakfasts / packed lunches, which we mostly ate in the room, and they were superb: fruit, warm pastries, honey, cheese, crisps, et cetera: thank you so much!
The room absolutely was clean, and I have no complaint whatsoever, but the grouting around the bath tub was slightly discoloured. The carpets had seen plenty of use but were clean and not overly worn. There were a few dents and scratches on the skirting boards. But none of these things detracted from a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were all very friendly including the front desk, health centre bar and breakfast staff.
The swimming pool could do with sprucing up, however the kids didn’t seem to mind.

Excellent facilities. Good pool, breakfast, bar. Friendly and attentive staff.
Car park prices have risen significantly. Rooms starting to age and need some updating/refurbishing. Fridge/TV/more power points for charging devices. Maid mistook our own glasses for the hotels and took them. I told her when i returned to the room a bit after she had cleaned our room and she said she would return them but she never did.

Good location to centre of activity in MK, decent pool and changing facilities and room very spacious with good AC control system.
Steam room was far too hot during our stay which detracted from the stay but was an issue that was being resolved. Would have been nice to access the pool table etc prior to 12pm when i was with my teenage son.

Nothing positive to say about this hotel
We have stayed here a quite a few times this was THE WORST experience ever and we will be staying away and choosing elsewhere from now on
Freezing cold everywhere in the hotel . Heating wasn’t working In the room we had to ask for a heater , dirty bedding , dirty tables in bar
We almost left on the first night
We spoke to various people in the hotel who also had complaints . We had to be moved from the first room as we were next to building works
We were woke up by builders banging

The location was good and the receptionists were friendly, however it doesn’t make up for the fact at how disgusting it felt to stay in that room
I am not happy with my stay at all. In room 239 the wall next to the bed on the left hand side(when facing the mirror) was dirty, looked like someone splashed it with a drink. One of the 2 robes was dirty and the phone wasn’t working when I tried to contact the reception. I had to go down there myself and after I told them about the phone they haven’t done anything to get that fixed. The pool is nothing like in the pictures and it was dirty. Neither of the hairdryers were working (there were two) and the mirror had finger prints. I regret taking pictures of only the mirror and the robe, however I have reported that, nothing was done in compensation for my unhappiness. I would appreciate it for someone to look into this and get back to me as soon as possible, to figure out how to move forward with this.

Great location just 5 minutes from the shopping centre and nice bars and restaurants. The lady at check in was great and kindly arranged for us to have the adjourning door in our two rooms open which was ideal. Lovely rooms with nice seating area and nice bar. Nice touch to give the kids a voucher for some ice cream which we used of course.
The pool was the only thing that needs attention. It was very dark and unwelcoming. We didn’t stay for long.

Friendly staff. Clean.
Only thing is was I asked booking. Com for breakfast and free parking when inquiring this booking. When we got to hotel breakfast wasn't included and you had to pay for parking. The hotel did cancel that one

Breakfast was hot and fresh and extended til 10.30 on Saturdays which was appreciated. The complimentary kids icecreams for a slight wait at the reception desk went down well. The premium family rooms are worth the upgrade for the space & nice extras. Really comfy beds too. Overall very nice and modern , the staff member at the pool really kind and accommodating.
Stairs down to the health club was bit unexpected, if the service lift could be accessed by guests somehow that would be a bonus. Sharing the pool with baby swim lessons not ideal but better than not having any access on Saturday mornings
