Exceptional

The room was magnificent, it was just a kilometer to the city plaza, a long walk in July in Mexico. However, it was just two blocks from the upper end of the beach.

Tranquil apartment in tropical gardens with idyllic pool.

The apartment and the small complex it was part of was excellently planned for privacy and space and the finishing and gardens were beautiful. The area was walled and gated so it was safe and private from the street. The apartment itself was a very good size with spacious kitchen, dining, lounge and bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could need. Every detail was taken care of. The pool was smallish but perfect for a cooling dip. We were the only guests at the time we were there so we did have the space around the pool to ourselves but I’m sure it would be fine with other guests as well as not everyone will want to use it the same time. There was also a back sitting area off the bedroom which was shaded and surrounded in lovely tropical plants and we enjoyed our meals there. The host was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. The apartment is super close to the beach. It is away from the town so very quiet. For us it was the perfect ending to our touring holiday of Mexico and Guatemala before flying to the UK. Highly recommend.

Some people may feel that it is a bit far from the town but for us that was not a problem, rather an advantage. It’s a 10/15 minute stroll either along the road or beach and is very pleasant. We preferred the quiet.

Casa Juanita is our home away from home when in the area.

Our first time returning to Casa Juanita since the pandemic. What a wonderful week enjoying Puerto Morelos. The location is far enough from the town center to be quiet and relaxing, but a short walk or cab into town for shopping and good food. Very comfortable, clean apartments with full amenities. AC is a nice relief from a day out in the heat.

Beautiful Apartments in Puerto Morelos

We stayed here only one night. The property is beautiful with a swimming pool on the patio. The apartment is spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. there are all amenities available. the beach is just a block away and the central town is about 10 min walk away. The host waited for us to give us keys as our flight was delayed. I would recommend this place in Puerto Morelos.

I had a delightful stay. Access to beach chairs and umbrellas was really helpful

The location was quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the main center of town to walk or ride a bike.

There is not much sound proofing between walls and floors. Such is the case with concrete I suppose. Ants and roaches were common. Had to keep food in the fridge or up high and tightly closed

Welcoming stay in a nice town

Great place with a bedroom and kitchen / sitting area and a pool outside with some beds to relax on end of day. Milko was a great host.

We felt the pillows were a big hard, but that depends on your preference. It’s a bit of a walk to the center (which you know in advance.) beach is super close

The owner was so helpful. He was able to assist us with transportation to and from Puerto Morelos, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept the property and pool area nice and clean. We loved our stay!

wunderbar!!!

We booked for 3 Nights and stayed 3 weeks. Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Host is awesome, friendly and always there when you need something, as well they give you quiet time if you want it. Always happy to provide recommendations for taxi, bikes, restaurants, etc. and very well-connected in the community. Very clean and they took all covid precautions.

One night in Puerto Morelos

Loved the cleanliness and easy access. Everything was provided for beach use, soft towels and comfy bed! Owner was great and explained everything. Will book again for a longer stay!

Shower head could be a bit better, but nice bathroom!

Milko was fantastic and really took his time to go over all of the details of the property.
