Muy bueno el desayuno y abundante aunque no hay opciones. La habitación amplia y equipada con cocina, nevera, máquina de café, etc. y la cama confortable. Muy bonita la decoración exterior.

Lo único que nos desagradó es que había muchas mosquitas pequeñas que generalmente se concentraban en el baño.

Unique, comfy spot by the beach - a great introduction to Yucatán Mexico!

Had a super late arrival but Ray was waiting for us when we arrived, and got us additional towels and pillows. Comfy bed! We were in the tippy top room and had two balconies, both of which you could see the beach and waves from, albeit between other houses. It was marvelous. Water, a fridge, a microwave and coffee maker (alas no decaf for the coffee maker but we brought our own) and we were good to go. Breakfast is from 8-10 and sorta whatever they serve, but it's delicious and a perfect mexican breakfast experience. (They can make you other things on request). They also checked about allergies and that was easy to communicate. We had two 12+ kids on the fold out bed and one found it so confortable and the other, the opposite 😜 We had a lot of wonderful help from Elisa with getting (and then cancelling) a local rental, and getting a taxi. Very sweet and helpful. Unique outdoorsy hotel that we're headed back to tomorrow!

Decaf coffee please 🥹 Stairs could be a safety issue for families with small kids, but our big kids loved them.

Hartelijk ontvangst, strand om het hoek

Super vriendelijk ontvangst; we hadden een late vlucht en mochten nog enkele uren genieten van het zwembad en de andere faciliteiten. Het strand ligt om de hoek. De huisjes zijn goed uitgerust; ook voor self catering. (koffiezet, frigo, oventje, ...) Uitgebreid ontbijt.

De huisjes zijn wat gedateerd; maar dit was voor ons geen probleem.

Great experience. Would love to come back.

Relaxing shady garden with cool pool steps from the beach. Beach chairs and towels available to borrow. The service was exceptional. Renzo, Nico and Sra. Alvira were great. The breakfasts were excellent, plentiful and the main course never repeated in 10 days. We had the opportunity to see many of the rooms. They were all different but great.

We had cabaña 3 with a kitchen. It would of been nice if it were better equipped, however, they provided anything we asked for.

Perfect stop in Puerto Muorelos!

Having the view of the sea in the morning was amazing and the staff were lovely! We really enjoyed our 1 night there and it was the perfect stop to go snorkelling - they arranged it for us. We walked into town lots of restaurants etc.

There isn't any options with breakfast, which I really liked my meal - my husband didn't like it as much.

Exceptional

It is a great place for families, beach is just 1 min walking, rooms are spacious and confortable and the staff is super friendly. We needed to leave before the breakfast time and they offered to prepared something for us the night before,very much appreciated. I would recommend 100% this place and we would come back for sure.

A small quaint tropical oasis in a great location with very warm & helpful staff.

A tranquil tropical oasis right next to the beach with a warm & inviting atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Emanuel & Nikko, the daily receptionists, were absolutely delightful. They were always helpful & eager to arrange any excursion we were interested in to ensure our stay was enjoyed to it's fullest. The breakfast in the morning was delicious & something we looked forward to. The snorkeling was phenomenal whether going right off the beach or taking a 5 minute boat ride to the National Park reef. This is definitely a gem of a place & somewhere you'll want to come back to.

Quaint and quiet bungalows. Very close to everything with a very friendly and accomodating staff.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. One of the rooms A/C was not working and they worked into the night to get it replaced and up and running again.

Didn't get fresh towels, washclothes, coffee even when they were left on the floor to indicate we wanted fresh ones.

Nice, but they charge more than the quoted price.

Really good place, good breakfast, hammocks, but charged much more than the price quoted on booking.com.

They charged a lot more than the price on booking.com (never ever happened before in years of using booking)saying they had to do 2 currency conversions ( conveniently adding up to what I've heard the commission charge is), which in years of travelling I've never heard of before.

Close to but out of Cancun. A good place to recoup a night or two after your flight.

Owners on site, very helpful with information, needs, etc. Great breakfast, cake (pan dulce) fruit, juice and coffee (coffee very good), daily omelette. I think I saw a veg option for the omelette. Shower head above 6 ft high, shower large/roomy. Nice sitting area outside.

Room had multiple levels—step up to bathroom and to sitting area with microwave/fridge. Chairs typical, flat seat made of mahogany ie hard on the butt…

The perfect place to stay. clean, friendly, right in the beach with really lovely owners.

A beautiful family owned and run little property. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it was all spotlessly clean.

Relaxing!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, sweet little garden courtyard around which you sit on a veranda for breakfast every morning. The included breakfast was wonderful. The other guests were pleasant and it had the feel of a bed and breakfast. My room was large and very pleasant. Upstairs balcony common area was nice to sit in. I would definitely stay again at this place if I returned to to this town.

The reviews I read on this site had said that beach umbrellas were available by speaking to Violeta's Masajes next door, but that business is gone. You had to rent a beach umbrella, but what if you only wanted to take a dip, then read your book for an hour on the beach? Renting an umbrella is an expensive inconvenience and the beach is hot and bright like a good Caribbean beach should be. I would recommend the amazing owner buy some beach umbrellas to have on hand for guests to grab and take down the 1 minute walk to the beach. They already provide high quality beach chairs.

Superb

fantastic staff, great breakfast, excellent location. this place was everything we wanted. There is a sense of privacy but alos community, you always know how and when to find help from the staff if you need it.

the wi-fi was a bit slow and the ACC was adequate.
