Location close to the main town area. Good options for rooms.
Noisy at all hours of the morning and night. Guests in neighboring rooms slamming doors and making noise well past midnight both nights, and old doors which slam everyone kept family awake. Signs saying noise curfew of 9pm clearly not effective. Shared lounge area so noisy and only one toilet available for 6 rooms given door unable to be opened.

The staff at the front desk were fabulous and very helpful.
The bathroom was a bit smelly and the walls so thin you could everything in the next room.
4.0
Great location and clean facilities.
Only downside is it’s a bit noisy when people open and close the doors and disturb our sleep.

Location. Value.
Noisy doors on rooms and toilets. Uncomfortable pillows.

Nice cabins, liked how we had our own kitchen and bathroom between only 3 rooms, and cute rooms with lots of storage, lots of cupboards in the house. Some cabins are more modern, but we got the dated style one which smelt old. We didn’t mind at all though as was a cute cabin, the location is great up a hill down to the town 10-15mins away.
We kept running out of toilet roll, and asked to re-fill it and only gave us one roll!! So ended up running out in the night as we were a cabin with 5 people! Which is not good at all. Also we didn’t have any washing up liquid or sponge, had to ask for it, and someone in the cabin stole the chopping board and then returned it.
Also, the shower was a problem as all the water drained from the shower curtain on the floor, so you end up avoiding the bathroom floor at all costs as other people’s shower water is all over the floor, but the only soap for the sink is in there. The shower water on the floor doesn’t dry either, so it was there for the few days we were there, someone left multiple wet towels on the floor covered in brown soil.

Affordable & good location
Cleanliness and lack of more power outlets for the people

Lovely staff.
We had a power cut, in our accommodation block there, the week before. They promised us an upgrade, because of the inconvenience. We were given an identical room.
2.0
The beds and linen
Kitchen and dirty utensils.
NO HOT WATER during our stay!
3.5
The room was adequate for our needs, with comfortable beds, but for the number of rooms in the block there could have been more facilities.

Really good location. Beautiful area. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Communication with reception was great, and they let us keep the car for some time in the backyard.
The room was small, and it was hard to place luggage on the floor to do some repacking. On the other hand, the bed was really big (maybe even too much :D)

Property is nice and location is in rge QT city budget friendly
Its my second time to stay in Pine Lodge it was nice.
I just only have a negative impression or feedback about the lost and found, They dont have a clear policy to there staff for the lost and found.
It happened to me, that I forgot my charger adaptor on my bed, I immediately call them, 2 hours upon check out, so they can check my room or bed and keep it safe . On our phone conversation they said they chk it immediately. When I come back to pick it up, they gave me a basket of all the item that everyone forgot there stuff. In short you can just pick up an item even it is not yours.
Please Pine Lodge, if the customer call for there forgot stuff keep it safe put a name and room and have a Identification chk when someone claiming on it.

Nothing really. Wife wanted to relocate on arrival but we had paid in advance
Forced to hand over credit card to check in despite having paid in full. Bathroom smelled. This was the worst stay so far. Grotty is a fair description.

bathroom sink was too small. not a biggy though.

Staff were super unhelpful in every regard. Didn’t explain where to go through out all our food we bought. When we left a bag just behind reception by accident which had passports and valuables they wouldn’t even go check for us to see if it was there. You are treated like numbers with no personal approach to hospitality at all. You get kept up all night with the close proximity of other guests and the facilities are terrible. No toilet paper in our shared toilet and never one did someone to put some there. Super disappointed. Don’t spend your money to go here.

Location is perfect.walking distant to the city
Not suitable for family wt kids

Very small room. No place to store luggage.
On one day, toilet rolls got finished. Bathrooms were dirty.

Room was clean. The location is good. There was no view from the room, at all.
Room was very small (it was not visible on photos), common areas were very noisy because of door closers are tough and people did not care to keep the doors to let them shut silently. The carpark was very small. Breakfast was announced, but when we arrived the staff told us "they agreed to cancel breakfast for the holiday season". Wat a notorious surprise... Price of the room was definitely too high for this sort of accommodation...

+ Smooth checkin/checkout and parking
+ Very close to QT hill and QT's CBD like area (read Ferburger)
- As Queenstown is under water boiling notice, they could've provided water in each room

Les espaces communs étaient vraiment sympas et bien équipés. L'emplacement super pour visiter Queenston à pied.
Chambre un peu vieillote et literie pas super.
4.5
Well laid out, large property. Lots of facilities to use and I liked the option of having smaller apartments. The location is really good, just 10minutes walk from Shotover street
Parking could be tricky at times.

Short walk into town.
Clean but basic. Would stay again if on a budget.
All furniture very dated. Thank the building behind might be a bar or club.
3.5
Close to town, great way to meet new people 😊
They keys to the rooms were incredibly hard work, and it would have been nice if our towels were replaced when the other rooms were being cleaned. We were guests for 5 days.
