İt was great.

Location was great and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and full of local taste. Concierge services were very helpful and helped with all restaurant reservations.

Checkin took longer than expected despite helpful and polite front desk operator.

Wish our stay was longer

Comfortable stay in the Heart of Saigon. Was a higher price than we wanted to pay, but we're glad we did as room was great and perfect for our needs. We stayed on 17th floor, in a standard room. Great Wifi

市内観光の観点からローション重視として抜群。

朝食が品数多く良かった。市街観光のローケーションは抜群。部屋は清潔で水回りもとても良かった。スタッフ（特にクリーンスタッフは親切にしていただき、たいへんお世話になった）対応もよかった。クラブラウンジ利用に関してもスタッフサービス良く快適でした。目の前にコンビニ（サークルＫ）あり便利。次回も宿泊したいと思う。

KHi chúng tôi đến ăn sáng tại tầng 1, nhân viên đưa chúng tôi đến 1 bàn 2 người rất bất tiện vì ngay sát lối đi vào bên trong và sát 1 bàn có treo 1 đùi thịt lớn, khu vực đó khá tối. TRong khi, có nhiều bàn trống rất đẹp, khung cảnh đẹp và sáng sủa, tiện lợi cho quan sát không gian bên ngoài khách sạn. Chúng tôi không chấp nhận điều này và báo sẽ chuyển sang khu vực khác. Sau đó, chúng tôi đã quan sát và thấy rằng nhân viên giới thiệu các vị trí ngồi đẹp cho các khách nước ngoài. Có phải là sự phân biệt đối xử vì chúng tôi là người Việt Nam - người bản xứ. Chúng tôi cũng thấy khu vực ban đầu giới thiệu cho chúng tôi gần như không có khách ngồi sau đó. Đây là sự phân biệt đối xử và làm hình ảnh Sheraton Hotel ở Saigon rất xấu trong mắt chúng tôi

Wonderful experience with a bit of acceptable hiccups here and there

Breakfast was excellent, location can't be better. The staff was mostly attentive and polite. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities to make it a good base for our activities in HCMC. Lots of food choices, spas, nail salons and shopping opportunities in the area. It's also within walking distance from Ben Thanh market, Notre Dame and the post office.

Breakfast was moved to the much smaller executive lounge area because Saigon cafe was closed for a private event. The selection was smaller and staff weren't as polite and attentive as plates weren't immediately cleared away. They seemed unwilling to serve coffee and expected us to operate the machines instead. At some point of our stay, the lobby and driveway were filled with guests who were milling around and smoking outside. I was hoping for a bit of crowd control for the sake of other guests, but maybe it's not the hotel's fault.

Didn't want to leave! Awesome. Will stay again.

I loved the luxe feel, the cleanliness and the location was the best. It's basically in the upper-class area of Ho Chi Minh in a very family orientated area and we felt safe with our 2 young kids.

If i had to be picky the hotel exterior could do with a little makeover however the inside i couldn't fault.

Amazing true 5-star Hotel. Great location. Very clean and stylish. Great variety of food on offer. Amazing friendly and professional staff.

Breakfast time was a bit too short. It could have closed at 10:60 instead of 10:00.

Location was great, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast seating was too crowded. Our table was less than 2ft from the buffet. It was uncomfortable having people almost physically brush against you. They tried to fit too many tables.
