Our hosts were brilliant, really outstanding in their jobs.
The house is really clean and tidy.
It's the number one guest house that all my friends use in Kidderminster.
Pillows were too flat.

Piping hot and freshly cooked breakfast was excellent, attentive hosts without being overboard. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean.
Fourth time of staying at this B & B when attending AZEVN conference at West Midlands Safari Park.

I think next time we would choose a room on the ground floor. But we will be returning again.

Everything was perfect. Room was a lovely size, had Everything we needed.
The breakfast was really nice and tasty.
The hosts were very welcoming, carrying cases up to the attic room, explaining things around the area and getting leaflets for us. Couldn't do enough for us.
Will definitely visit when in the area again.

Hosts were really accommodating and flexible to our needs.
Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious!
Access limited by roadworks but nothing to do with the hosts, just unfortunate at the time.

Breakfast was excellent. The opportunities for self-service which we get in most guest houses or hotels wasn't available. I particularly like that. You see what you are getting.
This is my fault entirely.... I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis which has progressively worsened. If I had known the room in which we stayed was at the very top of the house then I would have asked to change it. The steepness of the stairs was the main issue plus the handrail not being helpful. This, however, was my fault: I should have made you aware. At the end of the short stay I was really struggling.

Breakfast was a wide choice, pre-booked and was efficiently produced next morning and everything just as I liked it. Excellent home-made marmalade produced as well that could be purchased. Room was nicely warm and although it overlooked the main road outside, was really quiet. No late-night (or early-morning) door banging either! Good parking available and easily manageable. Staff really efficient and friendly. Great for railway enthusiasts too!
Nothing, all was fine. The weather maybe?

A nice warm welcome on check in. Good size room with a nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable which provided a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great, well cooked and tasty.
Quite a small TV.
