Loved it!

Very good location. Many eateries and grocery store within walking distance. Beach very close. Great pool and BBQ area. Many info brochures in the games room. Staff is lovely.

Lift kept breaking down but was always up and running within a couple hours.. Only one AC in dining area to cool whole apartment. Games area was fun but pool table and cues were in very bad condition. I was unlucky to not get comfortable bed covers.. Reminded me of a tea towel.. Only had 1 bin bag for whole week and 2 spare toilet rolls.. (one in each bathroom)..

Family of Four Getaway.

The view was fantastic!! We got an ocean view apartment and were able to watch the sunrise every morning. Location was close to the beach and shops, and it was an easy drive into Gold Coast. The rooms were the perfect size for a family of four and we appreciated the extra blankets, the rooms were never cold but it's nice to have a blanket to snuggle under. The basement carpark was good to have as not a lot of off street parking. Would absolutely come again.

Face cloths and hand towels were not provided. The light in the children's room was not working. Neighbours on the balcony over were very friendly, however their constant smoking made it difficult to have the door open. Expect noise from planes and traffic (didn't bother us) but others may find it annoying.

close to beach and shops. clean and plenty of space

noisy traffic all night. it is partial ocean view. we were there for three nights, given 3 teabags and 3coffee and 4 sugar sachets. and 2 tiny soap. no shampoo etc. certainly not adequate. large crane turned up about 4.30am one morning. very noisy for an hour....everyone wide awake! if we knew this was going to happen, i would not have stayed the last night. should have been told.

Disappointing to say the least

Location : Traffic noise was seriously bad . Tastefull Decor & furnishing looked fairly new well appointed through out. Nice balcony with view of the pool

Toilet was not cleaned disgusting. Free to air TV was not available. Only streaming service .Missed my news football on Sat. Sunday. No hand towels had to get management to bring some up. No HAIRDRYER!!!!!tragedy %@##@%#my wife is a hairdresser.

Amazing view to the ocean. Clean, comfortable apartment with enough room for a family of four. Great proximity to the beach and restaurants.

There was construction going on in the building next door that started at 6:30 am!

The residents yelling at our teenagers, demanding to know our room number to confirm we were staying at the complex. it was rude and disrespectful.

i rly love the apartment it feels so like at home and it makes me feel like i dont even want to go back to singapore

me n my family encountered something and my mother saw something in the apartment which makes us feel abit scared but i would say if its with alot of people it would maybe be different.

lovely place fully fitted out kitchen, location great walking to restaurants, beach and shops.

We loved the location being so close to the beach and having a pool as well was great. the main bedroom was huge and great ensuite. the bath was massive we only used it once as it takes a lot of water to fill though.

Something you are unable to do anything about but lots of construction so workmen were hammering at 6:30 in the morning and machines groaning, not a sleep in to be had which was a shame.

The view from this apartment is incredible! Can see from Surface to Coolangatta. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next opportunity to come back and stay again

No one on reception, manager did not answer our call, keys were not in the lock box apparently the people that arrived before us took our keys too. It was several hours before we could access the apartment. Rubbish had not been emptied from the kitchen which I believe the guests before us were responsible for.

Other than the location, the apartment was very disappointing, and definitely not value for money.

The close proximity to cafes, restaurants and beach. The car park - plenty of room to park & access your vehicle.

The booking was for a ‘superior’ two-bedroom apartment. We stayed in apartment 24 & it wasn’t superior at all. The kitchen has been renovated, but other than that, everything was very old, including bathrooms, furniture, damaged windows and doors to the balcony (no fly screens). In addition, the cutlery & crockery was dirty and had to be washed before using. Laundry facilities were advertised, however, no product for the washing machine. For a 5 night stay I would assume some laundry detergent would be provided. There was only one tablet provided for the dishwasher. No hand towels or face washers were included, and no spare bath towels. Air conditioning was advertised, however, there is only one air conditioner & it was located in the bedroom. The tv is way too small for the size of this apartment, nothing like the one shown in the photos for a superior apartment. The facilities also state there is a bath, but there isn’t.

good location .. a little over priced for what it was

location was great views were nice kitchen was great 👍 main bedroom great views and good storage

there was no email or text to check in instructions and my voicemail message was unanswered not good communication at all could not get free to air tv at all second bedroom wardrobe was very very dirty and little vanity space in the bathroom EXTREMELY LOUD ROAD NOISE !!!! definitely needs new windows to block it out the wind was coming through closed windows 😳 a few upgrades would make this place a lot more comfortable and better value for money
