Fantastic staffs, fantastic service and most importantly, warm and kind people in the whole residency. Will definitely choose to stay here again if return.

Nice service apartment! Good for family!

Good sized apartment! Perfect for families! Location is good since Powai is nearby!

Cleaning needs to be better. Had to request room cleaning multiple times. Wifi is not good.

they charged more than the agreed rates on booking .com. were adamant that i pay the charges they demand. disregarded booking.com rates booked. this was the first time i experienced something like this. the discount and tariff mentioned on booking.com was disregarded and i had no options but to relent to their demands

needs refurbishment. toilets are dirty and smelly. mosquito infested. the fitments in washroom are loose and in need of repair

cleanness needs to be improved, space in Restaurant is less, room services is slow, maintenance to be done for windows, sofas and carpet too dirty and dusty, lots of issue for bed and pillow covers having stains, curtains needs to be washed, showers spout is not proper, doors are too tight and pull or push very hard to lock, AC filter cleaning to be done, instead of 5 gallon bottle hotel should provide small bottles which is much comfortable for the guest

Lovely property! Avoid the restaurant!

Lovely apartment! Spacious and well designed! Very convenient! They have good parking spaces as well!

Breakfast was atrocious! Horrible restaurant! They need a better chef! He doesn't know what he's cooking!

Good but many areas of improvement

spaciousness and near to important points, club house, room dining

Cleanliness of room, duvet., kitchen cub boards and drying area. Geyser not working in one bathroom and flush was faulty. Main door not shutting properly. Breakfast area is crowded after 9am. Extra duvet and room slippers not provided.

The rooms are spacious. The Checkin process was easy.

The breakfast area is small and a bit inconvenient. The linen was not provided as required. The door lock was not fully operational and the key had to be reconfigured for each entry but the reception was indifferent to this problem although in the know.

Customer service is bad and cleaning quality was bad

The location is good therefore we booked again but it seems this will be the last time we stay at this property.

The staff were so unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with they don't even smile in your face, very unwelcoming, which is a surprise because we have been always booking at this property whenever we visit Mumbai and there service was always amazing. But this time the staff has changed along with the quality of the service. There was cockroaches in the kitchen area and the housekeeping wasn't doing a proper cleaning, I had to clean after his done the cleaning because the cleaning was not done properly and he was not pleasant to deal with.
