Very good stay, well suited for families travelling through Mumbai.

The room was large, the staff were very friendly.

The outdoor spa was broken and the indoor hot tub wasn’t available for children.

Room was good, pool was good, food was good. Staff was OK.

Liked the breakfast but the warmth of the staff was not even close to what it is in Taj and Radisson. People seemed full of themselves and fake. I only felt good talking to Deepshi a new hire who didn't fake.

The staff should be valuing people and should have an understanding of the hospitality industry. Didn't feel valued which we do in Taj, and Radisson. The personal touch was missing.

Super comfortable

Very good property. Staff are extremely cooperative. Every single penny worth it. Breaking and dinner extremely good. I would love to come again.

Filter coffee at Breakfast was terrible. It tasted more like English coffee than Filter coffee. Rooms didn’t have individual light controls and no guide for TV channel was there.

Great lobby, but a mediocre room was provided. Breakfast buffet was good. I guess you have to be a mariott Bonvoy member for them to allocate you the good rooms.

Good airport hotel - convenient and pleasant

Just a quick overnight stay in between flights and this hotel was lovely. Large room and great location close to terminals. The breakfast was really nice too (even decent coffee).

Best hotel near Mumbai International Airport

Location is right next to the airport. Airport shuttle is reliable although not free, but its not too pricey. Great food at the JW Cafe - incredible buffet, quality of food. The staff are very good, responsive, and courteous.

will try to avoid staying at JW as much as possible, will be my last to go to hotels.

Nothing to be honest, the facilities were just standard when compared to the other 5 stars in India. So then it comes to service which is zero ( if there was a negative I would like to mark negative).

Breakfast, staff were not very forthcoming or honest in their feedback and the wait time for breakfast etc was very bad.

Extremely comfortable an pleasant

Proximity to airport, efficient check in and out, quick baggage handling and excellent taxi availability, staff very professional and welcoming, room service prompt and food excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable, quiet ensuring a good nights sleep

Excellent for a stay over near to the airport with

Proximity to the airport, excellent pool, nice restaurant, excellent shower and bathtub.

The room had an odd chemical smell (not too strong, but still notable and somewhat unpleasant) and the restaurant buffet was hideously expensive.

Won’t book a Marriott again

It’s terribly upsetting when a large hotel group like the Marriott offer no help whatsoever. We booked a room but our flight was cancelled and they offered no movement of room, no refund nothing whatsoever. Won’t book a Marriott again.

breakfast was ok. Had informed the hotel about allergies and dietary restrictions but the options were limited. we were charged for a little soy milk that was requested for tea in the room.
