A perfect second home and destination who is looking for a quite, peaceful property to relax

Relaxing the way I expected... will come again

Overall the ambience... service and the facilities is what impressed me ... The breakfast spread was nice to choose from and it was fresh !!! The room that I had reserved was just as it was described... We enjoyed the happy hours service and also the morning time relaxing around the poolside

Maybe the doors could have DnD door tags or the button so that there would be no disturbance when inside the room. Nothing else that I can think off

Mumbai trip with family

Convenient location, close to airport. Smooth check in. Big room with all amenities. Very nice swimming pool area. Excellent food at the restaurant with a good spread and attentionate staff who won't hesitate to attend to your specific needs. Very dedicated staff like Deepak Jaiswal, Kamlesh, Gaurav, Mahesh to name a few.

Proche de l'aéroport, l'hôtel se trouve dans un havre de paix en étant proche d'un quartier bruyant. Les installations sportives et sauna/hammam sont supers. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et délicieux. Chambre spacieuse et confortable

A luxurious experience

Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Very cheap. Breakfast was great. Gym facilities, pool, sauna etc were excellent too. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is all about the customer. The staff takes good care... soft spoken and warm welcomes. The interior is fresh and has an aroma that makes you feel fresh once you enter . I always keep coming to this property for stays or even a short stop before taking off to the airport.

Food generally is very good - just sometimes not up to the standard I would expect from a 5 star Hotel. Perhaps I should stick to what hey are good at food wise - which is most of the menu.

Great Hotel, wonderful staff & memorable stay

Excellent hotel near the airport great value

Great value especially compared to others near by. Perfect location in large secluded setting literally 5 min from airport. Super clean, lovely pool, good gym, comfortable large room and beds. Good breakfast buffet. As always superb staff.

Top Hotel mit außerordentlichem Service

Hervorragender Service und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Team. Ich nutze dieses Hotel immer wieder, wenn ich in Mumbai bin und auch meine Arbeitskollegen bestätigen die Vorzüge dieses Hotels. Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl, Tisch-Service für die Live-Cooking Stationen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten komfortabel und die Kissenauswahl perfekt. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen (5 Minuten) aber nicht in der Flugschneise, es gibt keinerlei Fluglärm.

Stunning Hotel

The lobby lounge is a lovely spot to chill and relax during the day, with super attentive staff without being overwhelmed. Ravi and Jay deserve a special note. They went above and beyond to look after us. The Jamahar restaurant, which serves traditional food, is out of this world, and Abdul, who guided us through our Indian menu, was a gentleman and so passionate about his job.

Very minor, and strictly a personal preference. While it was rainy season during our visit, we would have liked an area that was outdoors to sit that was perhaps covered. I'm a smoker and don't like smoking indoors or at the hotel door. Somewhere more discreet and comfortable would have been nice that I could enjoy a drink.

STAYED BEFORE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AS ALWAYS

ALL WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST SPACE WAS VERY NOISY AS IF A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BEING TO THROW THE USED CROKERY AD CUTLERY. THIS WAS TRYULY ANNOYING - WORST THAN A SOUTH INDIAN MANGAL VIHAR. THINKING IS TO SHARE THE TRUE FACT FOR A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH PROBABLY AN INTERNAL MATTER.

Biggest mistake I made to celebrate my husband's birthday at this place. It was ruined by them. Your staff is so rude doesn't know the professional language to talk. Be it your FNB or front ofc. Do not call yourself 5star when you can't match the standards of professionalism and politeness.

We had a nice stay

We had an excellent stay at the Leela. Overall clean and comfortable, location is very good close to airport and easy to get around Mumbai. Special thanks to Nimisha that took good care of us from before arriving to end of our stay. Breakfast was great.

Staff in buffet was not up to 5 star hotel standard. At times rude, stressed, small things like getting some hot water took a very long time. There is almost no where to put toiletries in the shower, a bigger shelf for this would have been a good idea instead of having to put things on the floor. Prices at the hotel for food and drink is very expensive and not worth the money.

Welcoming, comfortable and excellent ambience for a Hotel located near to the airport.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Food very good - I was working so had room service lunch and dinner. Breakfast a good spread. Well located near the airport. All felt very luxurious. Shame I was tired after flight as swimming pool looked so inviting.

Top choice Hotel in Mumbai

Extremely professional, friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The curtesy car to and from the airport was very welcome. Following checkout, they stored our luggage and allowed us to freshen up before our late night flight home. Restaurant and food choices of an excellent standard, we had a fabulous Italian meal in one of the restaurants, very authentic and great quality. I am definitely a convert to the Leela hotels and wouldn't stay anywhere else whilst in Mumbai.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. 5 stars all the way.

Overall ok ,expected the hotel carpets to be throughly cleaned

Luxurious green oasis at Mumbai Airport

I would like to say a special thanks to the staff- the pool staff, the drivers, the reception staff, the man who brought us an extra bed, room service and, of course, the restaurant (in the morning we got a very large and a delicious breakfast to go for our early flight)
