A great motel and very close to the Hamilton Stadium

The room was large with a separate double bedroom and everything has all been recently updated.

Disappointing that we never got the unit we booked. not worth the $$$ we paid

Bed was comfy, cleaners did dishes.

Didn't like having to be in a totally different unit to the 1 we booked. They blamed Booking.com!!! Spa bath tap fell off, toilet roll holder fell off. Shower sprayed everywhere, all over the toilet and bathroom floor. Expel air light didn't work. Front door didn't lock, had to prop a chair under the handle for safety. Internet voucher never worked. Lights were on a dimmer but were VERY dim on full.

Easy access

Spacious accommodations, clean & comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great, including plates & utensils, even wine glasses! Good water pressure in shower, nice & hot. Came during Cyclone Gabrielle, so safe to shelter & watch shows during the storm.

Bed was a little soft, everything else great!

Clean, tidy, affordable hotel. Great for a 1-night stay.

Clean tidy room, had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Friendly staff, very helpful with information.

We had no issues with the room itself. If I had to mention something, it would be the parking - the hotel was full the night we stayed, and parking with a big vehicle was tight, but no problem!

We were there for Special Olympic Games - needed something close to swimming pool but very dissapoin

Nice staff and clean bathroom

Dirty surroundings noisy traffic & rubbish collection at 3 in morning - high room rate for very average property - stay was 4 nights - kitchen not up for it - crappy fridge and poor utensils

Good for stay between Auckland and Taupo

Comfy beds Welcoming staff Clean accommodation Kitchen well stocked Plenty of restaurants delivered food to the area

Quite noisy area 5GB data limit for wifi (we watched a couple of episodes on our personal steaming accounts so this disappeared quickly) No fans in bedrooms and needing to have windows open to allow air to circulate (meaning increased noise) Car parking was limited (we got the last spot)

a nice place to stay in Hamilton just not ideal if you need to do any ironing of business shirts.

the rooms are comfortable and clean.

they have mini ironing boards which are difficult to use and need to be replaced as are almost impossible to iron with.

Love our accomodation and are really enjoying looking around the Bay of Islands

great location, walking distance to shops. nice among the trees & loved hearing the birdlife

Theres nothing we didnt like about the property
