Dirty!!!
Walking in barefeet my feet got dirty.
Shub felt like it was going to fall through the floor.
Kitchen taps labeled opposite ti what they were.
Holes in walls.
Stained mattresses and pillows.
Floor was 'wavey'
Ripped net curtains
Window catches missing
Smelt smokey (cigarettes)
Totally gross. It was OK that it was worn as it was cheap, but it was so dirty. Took photos but broke phone

Very nice owners. Low cost. Housekeeper tried their best.
It’s EMERGENCY HOUSING. We got very little sleep due to people partying/substance abusing all hours of the night and their dogs barking. Did not feel safe with our children.

That I had a good working oven!!

The place was run down and badly in need of renovation. There were lots of transients in other rooms. The office was not open when we arrived and we had to phone to find out which room we were in.
The heater didn't work. The bed was not very good. Hot water took for ever to run.

I liked that the lady owner was very lovely and she was very pleasant
There were a lot of undesirables living in the complex that seemed very dodgy ... it wasn't the cleanest and there was damage in ever room that had only been patched up not fixed properly .... very dodgy lighting/ electrical was worried of being shocked

Was this an emergency housing motel? We felt unsafe for the two nights and this was justified on Sunday morning with a police car staking out the entrance from 6am to 10am (when we left). I can't explain the degree of deception we feel with the motel and booking.com.

Very grubby, cockroaches running around & large dogs on some motels.

Location and staff
The stairs and 1st floor creaks a lot when someone walking or using the stairs. The parking space was very dark no lights outside.

Nothing
bathroom needs updating. Sticky floors kids got black feet from carpet. Shower pressure next to nothing. Mould in bathroom. Poor lighting. Missing bulbs and faulty microwave and dirty dishes. TV reception was pixely.
Was promised $50 refund if I change rating a month ago never got it.

Fantastic for a family, with a working kitchen to help keep down cost. The room service staff were lovely.
Loved the fact that it’s pet friendly even though we didn’t take pets but did enjoy seeing other peoples there.
The shower water pressure was very disappointing.
