Fint hotel med god beliggenhed.

Meget hjælpsomt personale - især Mike og Johnny. Rent og pænt og hotellet ligger rigtig godt.

Vi bestilte et deluxeværelse med by udsigt. Der var 2 meget smalle vinduer med en reol halvt foran det ene, så følelsen af at have vinduer med udsigt var ikke til stede.

Super prisvärt med kanonläge i distrikt 1. Jenny i receptionen superhjälpsam. talade bra engelska. Jenny är värd 5 stjärnor. 300 mt till Ben than marknaden.

Massage nere i källaren. Enligt skylt kostar 200000 vnd. Efter massage ville de att jag skulle på en hemmagjord lapp ang hur bra massösen var. Och sedan ge massösen tip på 175000 vnd. Lurendrejeri.scam. jag betalade inte något extra...

Great

We want to especially prase the staff. They went far and boyond for us. Receptionist even helped us by calling a bus station where we forgot something. Eventhough the odds were small, she persuaded people at bus station to look carefully and because of her persistance the item was found. As we were very short on time, a lobbiest offered to drive one of us to the bus station and then to the airport. They all tried to helped us out and this is really priceless.

Very good

Central to HCMC (Saigon) walking distance (5mins) from Ben Thanh markets and any sort of food you want to eat.

In my opinion room is a little small.

I love Adora hotel ,will introduce my staff with my friend

For a person who has stayed at many hotels in Dist.1 as well as more than 20 countries around the world, my experience many times at ADORA HOTEL is almost perfect. From the service to the actions of everyone here, they are very friendly and professional. I would like to thank everyone very much.The location perfect,Friendly and polite staff, quick check-in and check-out procedures.They even have a rooftop bar so you can soak up the HCM atmosphere from there!

staff Jenny specially were amazing, they go beyond my expectations, highly recommended

very clean, staff are very kind and accommodating, near cafe's, bar, restaurants and market. I would like to commend Jenny and her team for pulling up a birthday surprise to my Employer, she helped me with the arrangements including cake and decorations. Beyond grateful for her and the team. More power!

I will be back ,Adora Hotel

Cleaningless, Location was perfect ,Perfect walking distance. The staff were exceptional,so friendly and tried so hard to answer our questions,easy quick check-in.The bed was super comfortable. The pick up from the airport was exceptional with the fee even they must wait me 3 hours at midnight because we had problem with luggage at airport

The only thing I didn't like was that if you went down to breakfast at 5 MINS before it closed they didn't restock the dishes of food, so you didn't get much choice

Very good

Great rooftop area, hot tub. Very clean. Fantastic location next to Ben Thanh market and many shops and restaurants. Helpful staff.

Expectations versus reality was definitely not met at all.

The Location and the Staffing particularly of the reception and lobby was great! Very sincere, helpful, professional and enthusiastic. Their attention to detail was immaculate.

The hotel has only one lift which was problematic and time consuming during peak times. The rooms and facilities were not as clean and well presented per the images shown when making booking. The aircon would make noises. The hallways were filled with excess furniture, cleaning products, toiletries, new and used bedding and towels. The tv was not clear and most channels did not work. The wifi was weak and better off using mobile data. Comes buffet breakfast, it was like first come first served basis, a race to eat before it runs out. Staff are not prompt and not quick enough or would not bother proactively refilling food or drinks or close to end time would just advise they have ran out. Food would run out by 8am given buffet is from 6.30-9.30am. The bathroom had mould in the corners of shower. As for the fridge it was not cleaned and I s greeted with the previous guests half drank drinks. Room had an odd smell due to either mould or lack of air circulation. Definitely would not recommend. Not worth the money. Despite the positive comments it unfortunately does not outweigh the bad experiences and points raised. Overall very underwhelmed and disappointed.

Good stay and friendly staff

I have early flights on the day to checkout, the staff is helpful and help me to pack my breakfast ~ I enjoyed the Jacuzzi on the top floor as well as the massage service on the lower floor.

So far everything is good.
