It was easy to find.
It did not feel safe for a female solo traveler. The front desk announced my room loudly multiple times as I was checking in. It's a basic standard for safety. Not great.
3.5
Location is great, lots of food around.
Room had a little bench that was nice.
The staff called out our room number multiple times in a full lobby.

The car park is linked to the hotel which is really convenient plus the partial parking fee waiver is definitely a reason for coming back to stay here. We live in Sheffield so staying in north of London city near the highway exit is ideal and this Ibis location meets that perfectly.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
My husband went for breakfast at 9 am. Quite a few of the food trays were empty and there were no replenishment done.

Location is great, very helpful staff, very clean bed
Room isolation so bad, you can hear next room clearly especially toilets, bad quality hand soap.

Location was great - close to everything if staying in the right area where you need to be
The bed moved and needed more pillows - could do with a little fridge in room as I was in London on course and would of loved to have few snacks or leave small bottle milk in room

Property was fine - bed was comfortable, in convenient location for the tube. I left my AirPods there and hotel has been really helpful in returning them to me.

Good location, friendly staff. We had everything that we needed

Room was clean
Breakfast was poor. Shower was poor. Overall, expensive for what it was.

Nice hotel

Location - went to a gig at Shepherds Bush Empire which is 5 minute walk away.
Simple accommodation that hits the spot.
The bathroom - it’s like a pre made pod that’s slotted into the room which is fine if a bit plasticky. The issue was the drain smell which never went although the smell stayed in the bathroom so didn’t affect the overall stay.

Location is great, in a quiet area and really close to the subway station, plus many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
Bathroom is small

Facility to allow our dog to stay too, access to the car park behind. Room layout clean and easy to use.
4.0
Good location, lots of local bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cheap off street parking at the w12 centre, when validated at the hotel, was a bonus

Great location.

the location but I thought the price of room included breakfast so was a little disappointed
the breakfast not included in room price

Underground station is very close. Room was clean.
Very basic hotel (3 stars?) and a bit worn out. Not very nice neighbourhood. Poor breakfast and I didn't like how the food was exposed. No restaurant called Fogg on site (they should have updated this info on the internet). Small bathroom (all in one cabin type). When I made a reservation it was written that the check in is at 2 pm, we arrived an hour earlier. Woman at the reception said that we had to pay 20 GBP for an early check in, claimed that it was from 3 pm. It turned out that the rooms were ready anyway (so, no "special/urgent service" needed).

freindly staff and clean hotel

Location was very convenient. The purpose of our trip was to go to a concert at the O2 Institute and the proximity of the hotel to the venue was very close.
The staff were polite and concise upon check in.
The windows to our room were very useful in minimising the noise from the streets outside.
The room was quite basic and we expected it to include more amenities for the price we paid. Would have been useful to have access to an iron/ironing board and a small fridge for example. The room was also fairly small.
Breakfast was disappointing. There was a very limited selection of food available to us in a buffet style when we arrived to eat (foods had not been topped up), the hot beverage machine was broken and waiting staff were slow to clear the minimal tables used for dining so there was no space to sit and eat which resulted in us having to wait with plates of food until space became available.

friendly staff , car parking , location.

Comfy bed, decent shower, shampoo+body wash provided. Towels provided, hair dryer provided. Apparently an iron and board can be requested if needed but we didn’t need that. Kettle available in room with selection of tea and coffee. There is a downstairs bar area which looks very relaxed and casual - we didn’t use it so I can’t say what drinks or food is served or prices. There are tvs but be warned they’re very old so it’s pixelated screens if you’re bothered by that. Near to lots of amenities, takeaways, Westfield Shopping Centre, tube stations and 2 minute walk from o2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire for events. Other than being shrugged off about the lift issue and being woken at 6am, the staff were pleasant enough.
Lift was unavailable for guests multiple times due to ‘maintenance using it’ and was told we would ‘just have to wait’ whilst being shrugged at. Cleaning team banging really loudly in corridor at 6am which woke us up and kept us awake for over an hour. Almost tripped over a Roomba going across our doorway (that was picking up absolutely nothing) as we left our room.
