Disappointing

Unfortunately the location was poor, we felt like we were staying in a conference hotel. The staff however were great.

Extremely friendly and professional team

The facilities and the excellent service of the staff from the top management; Pak Wayan is excellent leader, Ari (the Reception from Lebih), Novita and almost all the team; all of them made us feel like being at a family “home”, small token was set in the room was a great surprised, Thank you Pak Wayan for being a great leader and fantastic host for us, the final holiday for us this time but definitely not gonna be our final stay with you. The In Room Dining Order Taker was soo friendly as well, she is just amazing

Good place to stay in Jimbaran

The location was good, right next to the beach and the famous seafood restaurants of Jimbaran. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

No indoors activity when it rains.

Menü Mittag und Abend war immer dasselbe und viele Gerichte waren nicht verfügbar Zu wenig Handtücher im Zimmer nicht vergleichbar mit Le Meridien in anderen Ländern Strand ist eine Mülldeponie - schwimmen unmöglich

Staff was great! Wayan very friendly, exceptional service.

Penthouse Pool was lovely, room was nice

Penthouse room was a little outdated, need to change shower head, water pressure not strong, the two shower heads should be separated (move apart) and could not figure out shower tap, would be great if both shower heads turned on at same time and water not warm enough. Cracked tiles in toilet floor, with tiny ants. Penthouse pool was lovely, however it’s old and has missing tiles, would of had a great view from pool if palm trees were trimmed down. TV was in wrong location. Very hard to watch TV from bed without getting a sore neck. Need some pictures on the wall!

VERY GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICE.... HUGE, COMFORTABLE ROOM... BUT BORING LOCATION....

würde wider kommen

Personal total freundlich, der pool ist super und der Strand ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, essen und Getränke perfekt. Das Zimmer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. der Strand abschnitt ist sauber und gepflegt. viele fisch Lokale direkt neben dem hotel.

Ich frage mich ob die Dusche jemals geputzt wird, die war leider nicht so ganz sauber, und das duschgel wurde erst am zweiten Tag aufgefüllt auf nachfrage. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel auser ein paar kleine supermärkte, also wer zu Fuß unterwegs ist sieht nichts auser hotel und Strand.

Loved breaky.. friendly staff, hotel cleanliness, fast room service... good pool and swim up bar...

Would have liked some bottled pre-mixed drinks at swim up bar .. Personally we would like to be closer to Kuta/Legian area of Bali, but it was only a 30 min car ride away..

Lovely location and the best customer service . Staff very attentive and professional . Beautiful lagoon pool and the beach just across the road with selection of see food restaurants . Best location to enjoy the sunset 🌅 in Bali

Big swimming pools Complementery Fun Activities offered by the hotel is so much fun , the staff are super nice specially( Smily ) who was super fun and welcoming

In order to reach the beach. We have to pass by fish shops that are smelly. I wish they have a clear path way from hotel to the beach ..

Overall the staff made up for what was lacking elsewhere

Not too far from airport and the layout is spacious yet cosy

The first room was not good at all- sheets had small bits of shedding all over , dark room so can’t see to read, pillow cases all not fresh ( they had to move me in the end because we also discovered the mattress had mould

We received an upgrade , early check in and an amenity in room as we were celebrating a special occasion. From checkin to check out the staff used our names at all times. Breakfast was more Asian options but suitable. Gym was great , pool was great although shaded which was a nice break. Location was central to everything and some great cafes in and around the hotel. Sky bar was great for sunset. Exceeding my expectations in all areas

The aircon in the room was very loud. But did not affect once sleeping

The pool was so lovely to float about in. The staff could not be more friendly and attentive! The beds were super comfy. The location was great, right across from the beach and the restaurants with delicious seafood.

I didn't like that i had to leave.

Fabulous resort and location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was delicious. Pool was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location excellent … out the back door and you were right there at the Jimbaran Bay beachfront restaurants.

8/10 - nice but expensive for what it is

The pool wasn’t quite as big and amazing as the pictures here however the vibe and service was spot on - Ali and Smiley at the pool are an absolute asset, always up for a chat and looking after whatever you need. The room was nice, clean and spacious although a couple things missing here and there. The gym is simple but refrigerated towels and cold waters was a nice added touch

The bed and pillows were huge but too hard for my personal preference. We were also missing a bedside table on one side which was a little annoying but dealt with it, bathroom was very nice although i think the room we got was pretty basic for $200+ per night
