Das Frühstück war nicht sehr anspruchsvoll. Die Auswahl ziemlich einfach. Das einzige was gut war, war das zubereitete Omlett

Clean and pleasant room. Good breakfast. Good internet. Excellent venue for conferences and workshops.
There is no business centre. You can print in the shop but it is expensive.

it is an older property but has been updated tastefully. The staff are top notch. They have a new wellness and spa which was great and I would highly recommend this.
Nothing comes to mind.

It is a nice hotel very near to the city, yet very green and calm. The personal were all very friendly.
The room was abit too small and was loud especially at night.

The Sarova staff are all friendly and made my stay a fun one. Special thanks to Anthony in the bar for whipping up a late nite smoothy and providing wonderful discussions about life in Kenya. I learned so much on my trip, especially how to enjoy each day in a positive and appreciative manner.
The Sunday brunch was amazing, foods from around the world made so well. The band playing at the pool was fantastic. They covered everything from Kenyan and Nigerian songs to Michael Jackson, Bob Marly, Stevie Wonder and Rihanna. A truly gifted group of musicians. I would gladly pay to hear them play again, especially if there was a dance floor.
I loved the gym ! Great staff to assist in your workout. It was enjoyable riding the bike in front of an open window overlooking the pool. I love the fresh air.
The grounds are beautiful, avocado trees, tall palms and hedges, beautiful flowers. You can take a stroll around the grounds and relax on the various benches provided for guests.
The breakfast buffet was really good but I should have included it in my booking. It was a little expensive, when purchased individually, compared to other restaurants in Nairobi.
I much prefer an open window and fresh air, keeping the air-conditioning turned off whenever possible. It would be nice to have even a small window that opens with a screen to keep the bugs out.
Guests were notified prior to booking of the ongoing construction upgrades, and there wasn't really much to complain about. It's nice to see ownership continuing to invest in the property, especially after the ridiculously long lockdown period that significantly reduced revenue across the hospitality sector.

Everything was as advertised. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. The facilities were clean. Location is convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Security measures were in place. The place is nice and quiet, and hotel staff are all engaged in keeping the place clean, neat, and tidy. Each staff member approached me with a smile and warm greeting.
The towels could have been cleaner. Some of the towels and washcloths had visible stains on them. On my last night, I had prearranged transport to the airport, which was not done timely. Although I was scheduled for an 8pm drop-off, we did not leave the hotel until approximately 830pm. I called down to the front desk 3 times in a 45-minute window (starting at around 745pm), asking for assistance getting my bags down and confirming whether the driver was on the way. Each time, I was told the concierge was on his/her way up but they never showed. When I finally took it upon myself to get my bags down to the lobby, all staff were scrambling and the driver mentioned that he was never made aware of the need to drop me off. It was a good stay overall, but there needs to be improvements made on the process of getting folks shuttled to the airport. My pickup was seamless and exceptional, but the drop off was a bit hectic.

Nearly everything about this hotel was perfect for us, visiting family. It is a hop, skip and a jump from the centre of Nairobi but still away from the bustle of the city centre. The staff were unfailingly polite, efficient and friendly and the rooms comfortable without being flash. The toilet and shower room was very good with plenty of hot water whenever required. Our breakfast each day was good quality although we didn’t have occasion to eat in for dinner. The hotel appears to double up for tourists and the visiting business community; the pool area isn’t large but it was very pleasant for an hour or so at a time.
The lighting in the bedroom was effective rather than atmospheric. All the lighting comes from ceiling spotlights, providing excellent illumination; however there comes a time in my day, when I want to read a book in the light of a single bedside lamp and this was not possible. The light switches were also rather random/overly complicated.
