Super beliggenhet, hyggelig vertskap, koselig rom, godt renhold, gode senger.

Beliggenheten var super, rett innenfor bymuren, ti min. å gå fra togstasjonen og kort vei til severdigheter og annet i Lucca. Rommet vårt lå i øverste etasje, og det var ikke heis. Vi visste det på forhånd, og det gikk fint for oss å gå i trappene,. Hun som tok imot oss da vi sjekket inn bar opp begge koffertene! Men vi vil likevel be om et rom i en lavere etasje hvis vi skal booke der en annen gang. Rommet var stort og rent, og sengene var gode. Frokosten var enkel, men god.

På badet rant vannet veldig sakte ned i vasken. Vi ga beskjed til vertskapet første dagen (vi hadde 2 dg.) og regner med at det ble ordnet etter at vi dro. WC-ringen trengte en justering/utskifting. Vi ga ikke beskjed om det. Grunnen til at vi vil be om rom lavere ned en eventuell annen gang, er at det ikke var nødutgang i øverste etasje. Det var jerngitter utenfor vinduet som vendte ut mot nabogårdens tak.

Not being charged twice and then not being refunded immediately for the mistake when contacted. Disappointingly disinterested in coming back to us with a response.

Soggiorno di una notte ,ma siamo stati molto bene sicuramente ci torneremo a visitare la città di Lucca

La camera è enorme fin troppo.atmosfera di una dimora storica ,personale gentilissimo e piacevole sorpresa una colazione da 4 stelle in un giardinetto esterno ,molto apprezzato

Welcoming staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast, in a quiet area, not far from centre

Welcoming, helpful staff - I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage. Room and modern bathroom both comfortable, spacious and clean. A very good breakfast - it was much more than a usual Italian breakfast having cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs available. Coffee from machine available through the day. In a nice quiet area yet only about 5 minutes walk from cafes/restaurants/bars. Easy to reach from the train station.

Perfect, looking forward to returning

The location amazing. The lady on reception superb, giving us help with things not to miss on a short trip. The bed very comfortable and breakfast delicious. Thank you!!

A perfect place to stay in Lucca. Affordable, clean and welcoming!

The location was great, being so close to the train station and out of the busier areas. It felt like coming home with the keys to allow me to enter freely. A comfortable and welcoming experience, whilst enjoying lovely Lucca. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Very clean, good location in the old city. Good continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Short walk to the station.

Group of 10 so we had no where to sit together after 7pm. Problems with one of the toilets which wasn't fixed, however, would recommend this B &B.

Surpassed expectations. Happy!

The staff went out of their way to help me with all my needs. Eg I was allowed to check out 1.5 hours later than the usual time, as the room was still free. This was great as I could go for a bike ride then come back and change. I was allowed to bring my bike in as I checked out, to use their adapter to charge my phone, and get changed in the room after I had checked out. If has a peaceful and quiet ambiance. It feels like you are the only guest and are fully attended to. Very relaxing. The bed and bedding was superb. So comfortable. The bar that is open for snacks and hot drinks as you want them, at no charge, was a welcome addition. Great location. Good breakfast, nice selection of continental breakfast, and the gluten free options were relatively varied. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit small but there was only one of me so I could manage. If you were on the larger side you might not fit in the shower of the one person room. The shower is nice and has good power and hot water, but there's not much space to move your arms eg to wash your hair.

Amazing, relaxing, La Dolce Vita!!

Perfect location, close to the Mura (wall), Porta S.Pietro & the Lucca train station. Spacious Room with kitchenette, cleaned frequently with minimum intrusion. Staff was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants, activities, giving of information & organising Taxi’s. Highly recommend.

Lovey end to our holiday

Il Seminario is in a quiet street inside the city walls but still fairly close to the railway station and easy walking to the centre where there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is simple but quite comfortable with a good breakfast though the coffee could be better. No coffee/tea making in the room which is a shame. Pleasant and helpful staff. Lucca is a lovely town and now obviously very popular with visitors and as we had been before we took the train to Montecatini-Therme for a day and used the funicular to get to the old town. A good day out.

Location is great, easy walk from the station, just inside the wall. Great place as a start point for exploration . The room was spacious & we had a nice quirky 2 level bathroom. We faced onto the street but as the whole of Lucca is very peaceful this wasn't a problem. The bed was very comfortable & there were spare soft pillows in the wardrobe. The breakfast was a buffet style, plenty of choice, cereals, eggs, ham, cheese tomatoes, pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices & tea & coffee

Only one minor, the fridge didn't work but didn't use it as only there 2 nights.
