Прекрасный номер, отличное местоположение - все в шаговой доступности. В любое время на ресепшн можно взять чай или кофе. Самые чудесные воспоминание - огромное спасибо персоналу!

Ubicación y el personal, y muy importante, la cama muy buena, y eso casi lo es todo.

Me gustó todo, quizás el baño un poco pequeño en todo caso.

Love San Sebastian and have stayed here once before. Will be back again with air con.

Location great. Close to walk from the bus station and close to beach and bars. Access to kitchen was great. Information and advice on ]which tapas bars to visit was great.

No air conditioning. Very hot and didn't feel secure leaving the window open as we were at ground level out the back of the building.

Location was good, close to the old town and the beach. Coffee pot in the room, and access to coffee and sugar in the corridor.

The room was super hot despite it being reasonably cool outside (19-25 degrees) so an aircon would be great

Superb

The staff were immediately very helpful in telling us about the area, even providing us with a map. The room exceeded our expectations. Our washing machine wasn't working and staff did our laundry to compensate for this.

The refrigerator being on the balcony blocked access slightly

I don't know if I got an off-season deal but 50 euros was a reasonable price to pay for a great room

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were nice and clean and was just what we needed for our brief stay with our dog. The bed was conformable and the shower was also good.

The Pension Urkia was in a great location, close to the beach and shopping, with a very helpful hostess!!

Stayed here solo after the marathon

Although the staff weren't as 100% available as the other Pension I stayed at, there were clear instructions about how to reach them if they were 5mins away at another property. And they were all super friendly and helpful. I found the place welcoming and had a decent view out from my window. Everything nice and clean, central location in town. Slept very well - due to comfy bed and perfect heating/temperature? Good value for money.

Would be nice if there were a slightly larger reception area so one can have a little break from the bedroom.

Exceptional

Location is superb. It's only 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the central bus station. A good city centre supermarket is just across the street. A lot of restaurants, café, and bakeries are nearby. The stuff is super nice. Juan gave me a lot of useful information during the check-in. The room is great as a pensión. It even has fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery in room, making the stay very comfortable. The bathroom is not large, but has everything I need. Everything works perfectly.

They managed two guest houses. Sometimes there is no stuff in Urkia. In that case you'll have to ring a timber to contact them.

simple, but great location

Amazing location. Very clean. Friendly staff. strong Wi-Fi, which was important for my Zoom calls—although I did need to turn video off. But I had a few 2 hour sessions and with video off, they went smoothly.

The room smelled faintly of smoke.

Basic but good budget option in the heart of San Seb

Big room, good location, easy check in. Room was basic but clean.

Beds could be more comfortable. There was a also a lot of noise from the street.

Such a great location. Eight minutes from the bus station. 5 minutes from the beach.

No kettle in the room. Only in the common area.

Hidden Gem

This place is a hidden gem. The room was simple, but the location was FANTASTIC. Just steps from the beach and Old Town. The host (Juan) was extremely kind and helpful.
