perfect location, luxurious feel and great staff

The staff were great and gave lots of recommendations. The room was lovely and comfortable. It was handy to have the bar just downstairs and you get 20% discount as a guest.

I didn’t like that there is simply a divider between the toilet and the room. The toilet needs to be in a separate enclosed room

Nos hospedamos una sola noche en el hotel y fue fantástico. La ubicación no podía ser mejor. El personal en la recepción es inmejorable, nos dieron un montón de recomendaciones y fueron muy simpáticas. El desayuno es perfecto. En un pequeño salón muy acogedor y con un personal estupendo y atento. No es un gran buffet, pero es que no le hace falta. Dentro de lo pequeño que puede parecer hay variedad y además la calidad de la comida es increíble. Te preparan los huevos como tu quieras y le ponen mucho cariño a todo. Muy casero y recomendable. El hotel en sí está muy bien. Repetiremos sin duda y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Comfy beds shouldn’t be much to ask for in a hotel, so Gorka was disappointing

Location was good. Room was clean.

It’s presented as a 4 star but looks and feels like 3 star hotel. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and made for rough nights. Description included a coffee machine but all it had was a kettle and decaf sachets. The parking that has a deal with hotel is far away and is not the nearest car park, which doesn’t make sense. The staff was nice but overall I was disappointed with Gorka.

Posizione, camera molto bella nonostante fosse una standard. Bagno con doccia molto grande.

Room was spacious and well designed. Bathroom and storage was good and bed was comfortable

Information around the air con and in room facilities. Breakfast was fine but food not re stocked regularly , no fruit one morning. The breakfast room was fine but chairs a bit dirty and need updating

We could not fault anything about this short break.

First impression was how helpful and informative Alex the person who checked us in was, very knowledgable, recommended great restaurants and spoke perfect English too. Room was excellent and the hotel bar very good indeed. We always check to see if there is a room mate hotel available when we visit Spain, this was our third.

Nothing, we loved San Sebastian. the place, people, food all top notch.
