Het beste hotel aan de baai van San Sebastian

De locatie aan het strand is top. Heerlijk ouderwets hotel met een goed restaurant.

De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant. Een douche in de badkuip en een wc in dezelfde kleine badkamer zijn niet meer van deze tijd, maar het balkonnetje met uitzicht op zee maakt alles goed.

Una experiencia inmejorable

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido inmejorable. Todo ha sido excelente: personal, habitación, limpieza, servicios y ubicación del hotel a la misma orilla de la Playa de la Concha. Unas vistas espectaculares de la playa y de una gran parte de la ciudad desde los balcones de la suite en la cuarta planta en la que nos alojamos. La habitación muy cuidada, decorada con mucho gusto, la cama grande y súper cómoda, la almohada también muy cómoda y la limpieza impecable. El baño, muy bonito y completo. El desayuno abundante y muy variado. Ha sido una estancia inolvidable. ¡Seguramente volveremos pronto! San Sebastián es un destino muy querido por nosotros y desde ahora en adelante el hotel también.

Fantastic old fashioned hotel with the perfect and beautiful location

The location and very helpful staff. Because of the reduced mobility it was too difficult for us to park the car .. so the very helpful and friendly staff gentleman parked our car, helped us with the luggage and brought the car back the following day.

The breakfast is quite expensive

Bien, normal. El restaurant para mi gustó no tenia el nivel que tuve el resto. La oferta fue regular, la decoración ahí.... en el restaurant. Al principio para los 3 días nos dieron una habitación chica y vista ciudad, que no nos gustó, pero ofrecieron con un precio extra lo mejor en el piso arriba con terraza. Ahí superó nuestras expectativas... excelentes! Queremos mencionar la concierge principal , también excelente.

Location! Terrible house keeping!

Location and convenient upgrade offered by the senior receptionist

Terrible housekeeping staff. I sent a white garment to the laundry and they ruined it by washing it with coloured garments. I went for a day trip to Bayonne and bought some chocolates to take back home for presents. They were in a paper bag on the floor of the room and disappeared after house keeping was in the room. Reported to reception and never found. No explanation given….I can only think that housekeeping thought it was garbage ( although the bag was far from the waste bin in the room ). No apologies, no explanation.

Loved our visit to San Sebastián and the Londres Hotel

Room was a small suite with an excellent view onto the beach/bay from both rooms Bathroom and amenities were great Closet space was more than adequate with two closets plus drawers plus a closed door for safe etc. The location was outstanding!

wish they had a spa but La Perla down the street is excellent and offers a 10% to hotel guests Air conditioning could have been better but the weather was unusual at the time we visited and due to climate change getting the air conditioning to be cool enough for all guests in a larger hotel could become a bit costly for hotel owners.

Breakfast. Complete lack of service...everything do it yourself. Aso, everything in plastic raping or cartons. Sausages etc all cold.

Pleasant stay, good value for money

Leire from the concierge made our lives so much easier and were super helpful with reservations and recommendations. Without her I don’t think we could have enjoyed our trip this much. A huge thanks to her and the concierge team of the property. Other than this the location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The lobby area could be refurbished but it was okay overall. The waiters in the lobby could be a bit nicer.

A wonderful stay at a fine hotel

It was an excellent stay. A really lovely room with a super view.

The only negative was that the room was a little warm and I found it hard to adjust the temperature

I LOVE Londres Inglaterra!

Londres Inglaterra is my go-to landing spot for my annual visit to the Basque Country. It simply does not get better. Anybody in the hospitality industry, specifically people who work in Hotel management, should book a night here and take notes!
