Fui enganado.

Localização, próxima a estação de trem e ao terminal de cruzeiros, podendo ir a pé. Bares e restaurantes no entorno.

Me senti enganado porque reservei o quarto com meu filtro de ar condicionado ativado e qdo cheguei não encontrei o controle do mesmo. Ao indagar a proprietária pelo aplicativo da booking a mesma respondeu que devido a época e a clientes que deixam a janela aberta com o aparelho funcionando, o ar condicionado não era disponibilizado. Argumentei que ela deveria informar isso no anuncio, pois não teria sido entregue o que foi alugado. Além do que fica em cima de uma pizzaria, pra dormir tive que fechar a janela e escolher ficar num ambiente abafado do que barulhento e com odor de molho de tomate. O armário estava cheio de toalhas e roupa de cama, sendo impossível colocar roupas nos cabides dentro do mesmo. Enfim não gostei da acomodação e do feedback da proprietária, além de ser enganado na entrega do produto.

Wouldn't stay again

Towels that were supposed to be white were gray and stiff. Internet didn't work. Apt divided into 2 units with thin wall between the 2 and could hear everything.

awful experience - air con is needed in 35 c

air con broke for 2 rooms - told owner may no offer to reduce - 2 of 4 rooms were so hot no one slept in - one of rooms was vacated and he slept with his little brother - the cleaning lady in the morning knew what the issue was - went straight to the fuse box in front of us and showed us the fuses had tripped - the owner tried to blame us saying we opened windows - we absolutely did not open a single window!! in fact the opposite several were open when we arrived and we closed them all!! - it was 35% and no air con equals no sleep and a horrible stay - the 2 rooms that worked were great - but to just dismiss the situation was very poor from the owner - and i had stopped previously - oh and then they double charged us for all 4 rooms - they charged twice for all 4 rooms - they sorted after a few days but we were another 10 pounds worse off as it was done through paypal as they said they couldnt reimburse the card they double charged!!

It was very easy to check-in. Even my arrival was late so the staff confirmed from me. Washroom was excellent , above than expectations.

Drinking water should be available on arrival.

No reception at early (late) hour - but note on the door for me

Close to train station

Cafeteria for breakfast not in the same building as sleeping quarters - no taxi service from train station at 12:30AM as both my flight and train were delayed by over 2 hours - had to lug suitcases by myself - luckily a young girl also on train helped me and found the place with her cell phone - I had no cell phone

Very good

The place is smack in the middle of town, within walking distance of both the main street and the sea. The B&B is comprised of, at least, 2 apartments, of which several rooms provide the accommodations. Each apartment has a common area.

It is not easy to find a parking space in the vicinity, mostly in summer time. Also parking house for pay are not so well signaled, but that's not an issue with the B&B, someone else should fix it.

Nice stay in "Mimosa" room

Room was nice and clean. Good location, 30 ~ 40 minutes walking from cruises arrivals/departures. Hosts are very nice and keen to manage guests requests.

I would suggest to align to standard in terms of checkout timing: 10:00 it's a bit to early if compared to 11:00 or 12:00 to other structures of the same type.

Perfect place to enjoy your life!

Beautiful and clean rooms, recently renovated. The room feels cozy and welcoming. The host is adorable and always available for any question I have! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy your vacay in the heart of Civitavecchia

It’s location and cleanliness.

It is not well marked and difficult to find. Our taxi did not know where it is and dropped us a few blocks away making us carry all our luggage down the streets.
