Nada !!

Perfect location
Room was old, dirty, not kept well, holes in wall and shower leaking, didn't stay and they couldn't give us our money back.
False advertising of rooms.

Nice location, it was very close to the Vatican. The rooms are like on the pictures and we had air conditioner that’s a plus :)
All was good. It takes time to get the key and find the new location but it was just extra 15mins. I can’t say anything bad :)

The location was very good, though becuase of our time schedule, we could not take advantage of the closenes to Vatican City.
Check in was ok, but unclear without any staff present. If some other guests who knew the process had not happened to come along at just the right time, it would have taken us a little longer to find out that the key was ment for us and where our room was.

Nothing
It was awful because there was a big black wall right next to the bed, due to the moisture and also the room had a whole unclean bathroom with plenty of black dots on the wall. Furthermore, because of the moisture, not only was the floor completely wet, at this side of bed but also the room’s smell was awful too. It is very important to mention that we spent a big amount of money and we got this mess instead…Plus, the stuff was unhelpful.

Good location
Two mornings I woke up with no hot water. The carpet was perpetually damp--wet in some places--making the room perpetually damp. There was no desk, even though there was supposed to be a desk; I needed a desk. The reception was closed after hours and the check in process was complicated and required me to lug my suitcase up and down several floors and around several blocks. The common area near my room smelled like cigarette smoke. This might have been tolerable had the room been considerable less expensive.

Only location
No cleaning all week spent in hotel. No toilet paper supply during the week. Freezer without cooling agent - works , but not cool at all. Was forced to change batteries in A/C remote control unit by myself.

Location was great.
The description said they could store your luggage at Reception from 9am. When I requested this I was told it was too dangerous for them to store our luggage as Reception wasn't manned. I had to pay €100 to keep the room on just to store our luggage as we weren't flying until 9pm. The description also said there was a living room with sofa bed. There was no living room with sofabed which made it very inconvenient for our party of 10. I have it in writing from the accommodation that there was an error on the description but they refuse to compensate for this. They offered 20% off next booking but we would not stay there again.
No hot water in shower for 2 days. Faulty kettle as wouldn't turn off. Dangerous broken plug socket in bedroom. Lll

In a nice building, relatively cheap for rome
our room wasn’t in the pictures (for obvious reasons because it was so small & dingy), shower was bad, loud banging at 8:30am, WiFi didn’t work well, heating/ ac remote didn’t work, overall cleanliness was below average. fine for one night

Room was adequate for our needs. Good location.Free WiFi
Only one socket in the room with an extension lead that was cracked and dangerous. Shower door missing. Curtain there to replace it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no cups or spoons or tea or coffee. Went to leave our bags in their office to help us or answering phones

There is a big problem with the hot water supply. The water is freezing cold or boiling hot. You need to be careful during the shower. I red in the reviews of other guest about the hot water issue, it's a problem the owners are well aware about but simply don't care to fix. Only the position is excellent.

Location was great . Very close to the Subway , easy to get to St peters square and vatican museum etc . Very central . Shops and cafes and restaurants nearby . Bakery close by , stall selling coffee and pastries right outside and wine etc at night with chairs to sit out on.
Have to check in approx 5-10 minutes from place we stayed at . We all , family of 4 , trundled up to check in with cases expecting it to be where we were staying but then to find it wasn't . When we found apartment cleaner was still there and not finished despite it being past check in time . We just dropped our cases and went off exploring after she showed us how to unlock the door . We had 3 apartments technically to accommodate us and kids as they are teens . All had showers . Room daughter was in had a large damp patch in the corner of the room and paint on walls was very patchy . Needs sorting. Kitchen very basic . No bottle opener or corkscrew . Only 2 hob to cook on if planning on cooking . Fortunately we weren't . Door to get in is a nightmare !!! First time we tried to get in to the property we were unable to get in and kept trying. We ended up calling manager to help[ us. I have to leave several messages before he called back and eventually came to the place and let us in and showed us "the technique" to get in . It was still difficult and on our last day we struggled to get in again . Door lock needs changing in my opinion. Building quiet except noise from roads in some rooms but didn't really bother me and slept fine. Great spot for exploring and we weren't in rooms a lot .
If we all wanted showers around the same time boiler not able to manage this and last person water was luke warm so only 3 able to have showers realistically .

Great location very close to the Vatican and local restaurants.
Photos of room do not match the room you are given!
Broken furniture tapped with sticky tape.
Broken electrical sockets, when we tried to use, sparked and blew a fuse, had no power, called for assistance, still waiting for a reply.............
Only one lamp worked all other lamps tapped with sticky tape over exposed wires.
Live cockroaches above bed on wall.
Air conditioner did not work. Had to sleep with windows open for air flow, which was incredibly noisey.
Only enough hot water for one shower.
Shower flooded the bathroom floor every time used.
For the money we paid we fell totally ripped off!!!!

The location was perfect
Staff was friendly
My room was changed to Via Catone 21, apartment 23. I am normally not picky but this place was truly awful!
Wi-Fi didn’t work properly
Air con didn’t work
TV didn’t work
Minibar didn’t work
No duvet provided only a dusty throw
Filthy carpet
Uncomfortable bed
Couldn’t lock the door with the key from inside, it had latch instead
No hot water for a day
Pile of bin bags right at the entrance by the reception

good windows, excellent soundproofing
This is a large room within an apartment. Everything is obsolete, old, uncomfortable beds, no electrical outlets, 40 years old bathroom .... terrible

there was no light coming in the room
we arrived at the address mentioned on the reservation it was around 9pm, we sat outside for a good 30 minutes knocking, asking etc..when someone finally open the door, and we sneak in ..after extensive research we finally found the appartement. We were shock to discover that there was a simple sheet of paper with my name on it mentioning that i need to go somewhere else, no plan, no direction, just the keys and that paper. At 10 pm finally trial and error, showing the paper to store owners, we finally got to the destination. The room is certainly not the ones you see on the sites, it is smelly with an old carpet the bathroom is super tiny. the next day i reached out to the website and mentioned that it was a terrible experience to find a set of key and a note, i was answer that i enter at 12pm and they did me a huge favor ????? and in 10 years no one had any problems founding the place...let me say that there was no warning that we have to pick up keys and than go somewhere else....having none i would not have reserved...the next day we tried to nap but could not since the maid were yelling and screaming at each other slamming door and yelling again... we have done 9 cities over 4 months we have seen good and bad.....no need to say that this one is on the top 2 worse...

good location
was put in the wrong room, it was tiny and noisy. no apology from management. the second room was better but no kettle (which was advertised) as it seems the kettle is to share between rooms, and it was in use!

Location was ok.
We arrived after check-in and the room wasn't prepared.
They are cleaning to fast in front of us and quality of the cleaning was very bad.
We have to stay for four nights and they moved us to another room because they need this room for someone.
The air-conditioned doesn't work it in the first room at all, it was very hard to sleep there.

the location was very good
I arrived in the White Vatican and after checking and paying the touristic fee the receptionist told me my room was in another building. In fact it was in another hotel/B&B, which I believe they sub-rent a room.
The receptionist just dropped at the door of the building a lady who would not speak English at all took me up stairs. Arriving at the B&B reception the person wanted to charged me again.
The room was very small but ok, However, the neighbors were very loud and it was only close to midnight that i could fell asleep
