設備、ロケーション自体は良かった

一つだけがっかりしたことがあった。クイーンベッドを予約したのに、到着したらツインベッドに変えられた。(他は良かったのに)

Good price performance

The room was clean, the staff was kind and the location wasn’t too far from the center. Next to the hotel are some cheap and good restaurants. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices.

Wifi connection was poor. No window.

Great value, clean private room for visit to Melaka

Perfect little private room and bathroom for one person. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. Walking distance to most Melaka attractions. Great price for value

The location of the hotel is perfect for us,just beside 7-11 where we can get things we need..near to the mamak also. And we did walking to the jonker street night market from the hotel..exhausted?🥵 of course but we get a great experience and phone full with photos. Thankyou mio 🤗

The bed. At least we deserve a queen bed size not double single.. and the perfume inside the lift is not nose-friendly. And the breakfast,why we have to walk?(you know what I mean) and I don't know why,but it's okey because the food was great anyway. 😅

Just an ordinary hotel accommodation, ok for short stay

Plenty of parking space outside of hotel, 1.2km walking distance to Jonker street. Hotel breakfast temporary sharing with The Shore hotel, and we have to walk there for our breakfast (about 5min walk). Breakfast place is quite crowded, basic breakfast choice provided. Room is considered spacious for this price.

It just doesn't feel value for money. Everything just okay, nothing good or bad.

nice stay for a short vacation

Clean Room, hotel near to attractions and shops and restaurants.

The hotel must ensure no dogs are allowed in front of the lobby door to keep the cleanliness of the hotel and smooth check-in for the customer. We requested for extra bedding however there was none available.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is very near to every main attraction. Everything took less than 11 minutes by car. The Shore Mall / Oceonarium is right in front of this Hotel.

Water heater a bit difficult to figure out on how to properly use (apparently need to balance the part that controls both hot and cold water). Also, please offer options for room with Queen Bed and add 1 more chair in the room.

Stanza un po’ piccola e con polvere in alcuni punti. Colazione assolutamente da rivedere: si fa presso un’altra struttura vicina ma niente di che e soprattutto si congelava

Отличная локация, чистые номера, вежливый персонал. Был номер с отличным видом. Кровать удобное, душевая чистая. Все было хорошо!

В ванной чуть больше нужно света перед зеркалом, но в целом ок!

Pleasant stay. Would recommend!

Walking distance to tourist attraction. Cheaper than most hotel with meal provided. Room exceed my expectation. If you googled the hotel, old picture will be shown but my room was so comfy and comfortable. Helpful staff. Seems likewise at first but actually she’s nice. I like how they attend their guest before, during and after checked out. Got 7e, guardian, eateries and 99speedmart all below hotel compound. Got lift for older people or people with mobility.

I stayed for 5night with broken tv. Curtain so dirty. U can see semen all over the curtain. Ironing must be done in hall so no ironing in room. For solo traveller like me, quite uncomfortable experience.

Great value! Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfy aswell

The room had no window so it was a little bit damp. Floors didn't look the cleanest but no big deal.

A good-value base from which to explore Malacca

Excellent location and good value with breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Clean modern rooms. Many local and international restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, as well as the main tourist sites in Malacca.

Nothing to dislike. As its name suggests, it’s a boutique hotel so do not expect additional facilities beyond a comfortable place to sleep. The wifi was not working, but the problem was fixed straight after we reported it.

Location was ideal and walking distance to most of the tourist spots with nearby establishments such as convenience store, grocery, laundromat and eateries. Staffs were all attentive, approachable and professional. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and very soft linens. Online photos showed that there's a window in the room I booked but I still messaged the hotel to confirm it. No waiting time to use the lift unlike other bigger hotels based on the reviews. Breakfast was repetitive but decent and well-organized.

Wifi connection could be improved as it gets very slow especially at night when all the guests are back. Provide more than one tissue roll in the room. Some walls in the room need to be repainted to look cleaner and to remove the dust on some parts with glass such as the top of the headboard and countertop of the fridge.

A nice place, with great value, but the staff influenced our stay.

Everything was pretty perfect, kettle in room, next to a mall and convenience stores. Also very clean and a quiet location.

We weren’t notified about the wifi not working, and were met with a frosty welcome by the lady in reception, when we seemed surprised about this.

Staff were really helpful, sorted out an early morning taxi when ours didn't show up, great location to get into town and the food stalls on the corner were all fantastic

The location was good

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Parking is not provided for the guests and had to pay for the parking to avoid getting summon. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Unwashed bed sheets I guess as they were dirty ms smelly. it’s not worth!
