Centrally located and good value.

The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. plenty of coffee and a clock! (This is a basic thing that should be everywhere). Though not on' suite the supplementary facilities were excellent and it was impossible to lock yourself out of the room in the event of a half awake 3am pee. :)

Nothing I didn't like but as I needed to work in the late evening I would have appreciated a a quiet kettle so as not to disturb others. I know it would have spoiled the comfortable relaxed feel but a desk height surface and chair would have made things easier.

Really central. Efficient check in and good communication. Really comfortable bed, the room was clean and I'd happily go back.

Conveniently located near the station, you can stay casually.

3 minutes walk from the station! Very convenient and ideal for shopping and sightseeing. It was nice to have water, juice and cookies. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The floor was slanted and it felt weird to stand on. The price was not affordable.

stayed for one night - worth the trip

warm, clean, tidy

strange to say but - bathroom tap! for some reason the water came out of the TOP of the tap and not underneath and we both got caught out thus soaking ourselves and the floor. nothing much really but worth mentioning.

really great stay

really nice room and super great location a 3 min walk from the station. we stayed the weekend for a wedding and it was clean, quiet, newly decorated and really comfortable

only issue was they took our towels away and didn’t replace them after the first night. we were leaving early the next morning so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

The room was spacious, clean and pleasant.

Given the hot weather, a plain (i.e. not fitted) sheet wopuld have worked a lot better; the quilt was totally unsuitable.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staff very pleasant and helpful on arrival. Less than 5 minutes from the train station and 10 from the beach/shops. Room was comfortable (plus black out curtains which helped keep the sun out 1st thing in the morning) and more than enough for what I needed - replenished tea and coffee every day. Added bonus of the en suite room which was freshened each day.

The only thing was that the bed was very creaky on one side but other than that I had a great stay and would come back again 👍

it was perfect for my needs and the owner made sure I had what I needed including a safe location for my bike to be stor

good location, easy access to town . The property felt secure and the provision of water, juice and adequate tea/coffee was excellent.

Room 9 had a bit of a sloping floor and I felt the bed needed levelling to ensure a better sleep.
