The location of the hotel is good. It has nice gym and spa, the breakfast was OK and the overall price for the service/room you pay is good. I would recommend.

There is almost nothing to like on this hotel. The only positive was a spacious room, which was a higher category.
This was a forced choice, cause all hotels in Tashkent were sold out during international events in the city. The biggest problem is HVAC system which might endanger your health. Every morning we felt our nose and throat sandpapered. We rushed out as soon as we could and got back as late as we could. I would not survive in this hotel more than three nights. Still experience health problems, as well as my colleagues who suffered severe allergy reaction and had to buy medicals. This hotel is old and poorly maintained. The staff is young, untrained and non-responsive. We asked for a bottle of wine, were promised to be contacted by room service and nothing happened. We asked for repair a bath, were promised and nobody came to help. Instead we were contacted and visited by engineering because of water leakage in some room below. Every time the staff on reception controlled we are guests and did it in a respect-less manner. Given the 180+ EUR charge we had to pay the experience was hilarious.

Clean property and beautiful surroundings
Staff at reception just run behind money rather than creating customer experience. When you have an international hotel chain please make sure you have english speaking staff. People were struggling to communicate. Horrible hotel.
Much better to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Tashkent

Unfortunately it does not meet 4/5 star hotel standards. Despite being more expensive than the other hotels in same region it's standards are significantly lower. Furthermore hotel rooms definitely need some renovation.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, breakfast was basic. Standard business travel hotel.
It's not a tourist hotel. it's in a dead neighborhood, not bustling. You can't walk everywhere . You need a car.
And English was a problem for drivers, but they tried their best.
