The hostel is very clean and comfortable. The owner speaks great english and is very friendly. We got a free upgrade to a better room that was vacant. The dinner is incredible.
There is really nothing we can think of.

The place was tranquil, the breakfast was varied. The staff were friendly. James was very informative and patient!
There was little information on arrival. Where do we eat? Can we take away the breakfasts teakfasts? Etc.

English speaking hosts that help you with planning hiking routes, and can also arrange horse treks.
The food was exceptional.
The location provides multiple days of hiking/horse riding possibilities. Really nice nature.

Nice location, clean, staff are great, food is good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good location to chill and also as a starting point to do hikes around!
I would only suggest to add some drapes on the door, as the light that passed through the glass door was a little disturbing.

Nice place, clean og comfortable rooms.
Great food but a bit more expensive than other places in Kyrgyzstan.
Staff was friendly, but could maybe smile sometimes when serving dinner and give some more attention to the guests..

Accommodation is very clean and well-built, with a heater to keep us warm. Clean shower with hot water. Downstairs has a kitchen & dining area which is very nice to sit. Staff was very friendly. View of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking. Lovely horse treks and hiking trails. With all the animals walking around freely in town, feels like a nice farmstay experience. Would stay again.
The prices (for food and for horse treks) were a bit unclear, and more expensive than what we expected/what was advertised on the website. Expensive compared to other parts of Kyrgyzstan. But the food was nice.

the food is great, varied and home
made with love. the staff is welcoming and helpful especially the ladies who cook are exceptionally nice and kind. the dog, Koks is a dear, and has he definitely added value to the stay. the location is perfect, the host can arrange a guide or help out with tracks to hike on your own. the heating in the rooms works amazingly. important to point out is the environmental awareness which is depicted in dividing trash, saving water etc. in general a great experience and a place to go back to.
the sound proof/ isolation could be improved, since you can hear the neighbours walking the stairs and talking in the room next door. if you are a light sleeper opt for the individual cottages or yurts on the site.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great with big portions before or after a long day of ski touring. The tailored experience with many options for daily activities make this an awesome place to stay.
The light in the room could be better, maybe a bedside lamp.

This IS The Best Place I, stayed during my time in Kirghizstan! The hosts are so nice, the atmosphere so friendly. The food is also the Best I had at a guesthouse. Very tasty, fresh, creative and big portions. The room was warm, bed cosy and a proper bathroom with hot water. The view is stunning. I wish I could have stayed longer

If there’s a perfect place to stay in the mountains, this is it. Located in the Jyrgal valley it presents a starting point for numerous tracking and hiking options around, and that was exactly what we were looking for. The most pleasant staff in Kyrgyzstan is ready to help you with making any of your hiking dreams come true. Food is perfect, all natural and locally produced with possibility to arrange you early breakfast and lunch boxes for the road. Rooms are really comfortable and clean, even more comfortable than in some cities where we stayed. If we’re back to Kyrgyzstan, this would be the first place to come again

So many nice things to say about this property. It is a great location for those who enjoy snow. The kids went sledding and we were cross country skiing. They also rent snowshoes. Our kids enjoyed the dogs and cats too. The food was good. We stayed for 6 nights and had a good variety of food. We enjoyed bringing the new year with the host family and friends.
We weren’t aware that some items would be charged as extras.... Ask for prices beforehand so there are no surprises.
