No fue lo que esperaba-Tiene sus cosas buenas pero tambien muchas malas

De este hotel no hay mucho que destacar, ya que fue una decepsion para el precio del alojamiento, pero podria decir que el parque acuatico fue bastante entretenido y seguro, excelente para pasarse horas ahi metido, junto a su piscina de olas, la atencion en los pool bar fue excelente con bebidas requisimas y mas opciones sin alcohol para los mas pequeños, ademas las piscinas eran grandes y espaciosas, con chailones bastante comodos, y jacuzis serca; el servicio a la habitacion fue muy buena nos trataron muy bien y la comida llego bastante rapido y su sabor increible, pero los horarios estan un poco mal puestos en la pagina; Los snack bar me encantaron ya que tenias comida como hamburguesas, papas y refrescos en cualquier momento; Los coffe bar fueron la mejor parte del resort, ya que servian helados, diferentes postres y cualquier cafe que quisiera, muy bueno todo, pero despues de ahi no hay nada mas que destacar. Me gusto el hecho de que los guardavidas del parque acuatico, los empleados de limpieza, del coffe bar, snack bar y el pool bar fueron bastante amables, serviciales y animados.

El hotel puede mejorar muchas cosas, empezando por el servicio, muchos empleados especialmente en la recepcion y en el buffet tenian caras de que no queria trabajar ahi ni atender a nadie, y eso se reflejaba en su servicio, ya que te hablaban de una forma poco amable, duraban demaciado en traerte una sola bebida, si les pedias algo le pasaban el encarga a otra persona y esa persona a otra y nunca te traian nada, en el bufet nunca habia tazas suficientes y tampoco las reponian rapidamente, tampoco tazones para service alguna sopa o helado, y la comida en esta me dejo mucho que desear, lo unico destacable, si te gustan los mariscos este es el bufet para ti, pero nada mas, ya que tienen muy poca variedad , haciendo que repitas lo mismo todas los dias de tu alojamiento, los panes no estan nada frescos como en otros hoteles, solo te ponen 2 opciones de arroz, las carnes tienes que esperarlas a que las terminen de cocinar en la plancha y se hacen filas larguisimas, casi no tienen opciones de otros acompañamientos y lo que mas tienen son postres y mariscos, y ni pienses en comer mucha fruta, ya que estan desabridas y aguadas como si las estuvieran congelando por mucho tiempo, lo rescatable de este bufet esque las carnes estaban bastante buenas, y mas las de hamburguesas. Otro punto es la ineficiencia de los servicios, ya que me entregaron una habitacion incorrecta, me dieron dos habitaciones con una sola cama king size, cuando habia pedido que se me deran dos habitacion con dos camas cada una y el personlas que me atendio hizo lo que quizo, ademas una de las habitaciones el aire no funcionaba bien, y en la otra la puerta principal estaba atascada y habia que empujarla confuerza para poder cerrarla, y al pedir un cambio de habitacion no se hizo nada. Desde el primer momento al llegar al hotel, se sintio un mal trato haciendo un poco incomoda y molesta nuestra estadia por el precio que se pago, y la playa tambien no era lo que esperaba, definitivamente no volveria.

El personal del pool bar que esta cerca del buffet, son excepcionales y muy profesionales, las personas del housekeeping muy amables, los camareros del buffet muy amables.

La comida es pésima y con muy paca variedad. No hubo entretenimiento en el área de la piscina, ayer ni música había, los demás huéspedes se estaban quejando de la falta de música. Uno de los trabajadores que cocinan las hamburguesas detrás del pool bar me hizo pasar un mal momento y me hizo sentir que no era bienvenido como Dominicano que soy. No volvería a este hotel, ni que me regalen la estancia!.

No es relativo el precio con la calidad

Lo único que me gustó fue el parque acuatico.

Pésimo servicio, habitaciones con mucho polvo, personal anda como que tienen 6 meses que no le pagan, en su mayoría mal educados, pidiendo propina como si estuvieran brindando buen servicio, el Diamond club es solo para tener un cintillo de color diferente a los demás ( no brindan el servicio que ofrecen) menú muy limitado por no decir extremadamente limitado. Los pancake parecen piedra de duros. Deberían cambiar el personal en su totalidad a excepción de los maleteros y auri, jorge y el de la piscina, que son muy amables y respetuosos. La piscina de niños debería estar un poco caliente...

The water park and drinks kids club needs updating

Saw cockroches on stairwell and in room me and my kids got food poisoning twice as well as many others on the resort, first room was stinking of mould and damp. We moved to second room toilet constantly blocked and we kept being locked out

Good

Hotel was great and my daughter had a great time. However, they lied about having a disco/lounge for adults. The disco is a bar with an arcade. Another issue I had was the bathroom smelled terrible whenever I turned off the AC, two of the restaurants on the resort are not included in the all inclusive package and the food options for children could be a little better. Overall my stay was good besides those small complaints the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed myself.

Busy and noisy water park hotel with questionable hygiene standards.

The rooms were comfortable, the kids loved the water park and it was close to Punta Cana airport.

The pool was dirty with lots of litter from people drinking cocktails at the poolside bar with plastic cups on the bottom and chunks of pineapple in the water. There were lots of flies in the buffet restaurant and after just one night we all had a dodgy stomach. We left the next day but I was also sick 24 hours later.

The location. Clean, staff very nice. To rest and to sleep is perfect. The rooms were big enough.

The resort is bored. Theres not much to do. Beside the water park and they close at 5. Everything is far, you have to wait for the train and it takes for ever.

staff wasn’t very helpful, almost got double charged for the culinary experience had to wait an hour before they decided that I was telling the truth, even though I showed them the bank statement. I reserved a Cabana but wasn’t available because they were moved to the other resort. they tried to make up for it but it was mid afternoon by this time (free of charge) at that point I was over it.

Horrible…

This is a family resort. Therefore, you will see plenty of kids around. It has a big water park, which seems fun. You have access to the Royalton Punta Cana, which is located in the back of the resort, where the beach is at. This second hotel seems more premium. Food was ok.

Having said that this is a family resort… the first night we arrived the hotel had planned for the first time an outside adults party. The music was SO loud till 2 am, that you couldn’t get sleep. No one was there to respond for our complaints. finally at 1:50 am, thanks to a receptionist we changed room (only for sleeping purposes). The rooms are outdated. You feel like there’s no one to answer for the lack of responsibility of the hotel. We were very frustrated since we paid good money and Had the WORST experience ever.

Excellent facility, lots to do!

I really enjoyed all the things for kids to do! Kids hangout and lounge (with bars close by) the trolly was great for getting around and to the beach. I wish we would have known you could book excursions from there. I booked online with someone else and it was a hassle

Hard to find kid friendly food. But we found it a few days in at the sports bar.
