It was alright. Definitely expected better!

The property was nice and the resort had a lot of activities to keep the family involved. The buffets were great probably in my opinion better than the restaurant foods.

I had a butler that was assigned to my room and only seen him once. I have went to other majestic resorts and expected the butler to check in or stop by to make sure everything was up to standard but that wasn’t the case. During my stay they said they forgot to clean my room second day in which didn’t make sense. I had to request to have my room cleaned even when the door sign was up, or was out the room for majority of the day. Room service was never picked up or we had to leave it outside which in my opinion isn’t cleanly. Over all I felt like we bothered the staff with simple requests. I would recommend working on customer service and just being more welcoming.

Die Zimmer werden nicht richtig gereinigt und die Handtücher werden nicht ausgetauscht. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie jeden Tag Decken und Handtücher wechseln würden, leider wurden sie trotz der Versprechungen trotzdem nicht gewechselt

This property is exactly as stated Majestic. I stayed on the adult side and the food was great, the staff was friendly the check in process was not bad at all. My room was beautiful

Hotel Imponente, no te aburres dentro tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. El perdónanos excelente todos muy amables nunca había sentido tanta calidez en el personal. Bares muy surtidos y no te preocupas de absolutamente de nada. Perfecto

El horario del bar que están en las afueras del lobby solo es hasta las 10pm. El único lugar para poder tomarse algo es en la discoteca o en el bar que está junto al casino. Quedaba muy lejos del sitio donde se hacía los eventos. También deberían cambiar el tema del dress code para el restaurante francés no había llevado pantalones largos y no pude visitarlo.

Un hermoso lugar para el descanso y la despreocupación.

Una ubicación excelente, el ambiente, la distribución de los ambientes, todo muy bien diseñado para el descanso y el disfrutar unos días de vacaciones con los amigos, muy cercano para poder disfrutar de otras opciones de distracción.

El servicio en el restaurante, la tardanza en llevar bebidas y en ocasiones lo tardado para la ubicación, en particular en el restaurante "Supreme" buffet. La actitud de quienes sirven, no fue la mejor. La diferencia de los otros restaurantes. en especial quienes atienden el restaurante "Beach Palapa", el personal muy atento y amable, una atención muy agradable y cercana.

Me gustó casi todo. Tienen espacios muy ameno y lindos. La habitación premium es un deleite y los fue una sorpresa los detalles que dejaron. La comida es de muy buena calidad.

No me gustó que perdimos 2 horas para recibir la habitación. En total esperamos 3 horas y media.. llegamos a las 13:30 y nos la dieron a las 17. Me pareció un poco desagradable ver jóvenes fumando y causando alboroto en los espacios comunes.

Hotel Correcto, pero no espectacular

Su Piscina, la cantidad de bares, el buffet, las habitaciones bastante correctas, el servicio a la habitación, el buen servicio del personal en general.

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de la habitación, estaba mala y tardaron 2 días en repararlo. No hay donde comer a las 17:00 hrs. Dicen que hay snack entre las 15:00 y las 18:00 pero no es cierto.

It was a family vacation so it was good regardless of how bad the service was, but we will never go back.

Good location. Nice water park for the kids.

Very poor service at the swim up bar. Would wait over 30 minutes for a drink at minimum! Dinner at French Restaurant was a disaster. Sat 45 minutes before anyone came to table to take our order or offer something to drink. Manager was nowhere around and when I finally saw him I told him how poor the service was. Power outages multiple times. Food was well below average. Water sports were totally unorganized and not anywhere on time.
